Was totally surprised by the size of the appetizer salads. They almost were entry-size and all looked beautiful. The recommended crab-cake was good, but not necessarily worth double the salad for a single cake and was not all that better than what is found elsewhere. Entrees all looked good... read more

We went here last year and for the life of me and hubby, we could not remember the name. Last minute we found it and let me tell you, it is exquisite. The food is so flavorful. I had escargots and for the meal the lettace wedge with blue cheese. Luv them both. Hubby had calamari appetizer. The flavor was... More

The atmosphere here is great. Or Waiter was Mustafa and he was beyond amazing. The staff was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Mustafa made great recommendations for wine and food. At our table we had salmon, Mahi mahi, and the seafood platter with fish, stuffed shrimp, and scallops. The food was delicious and the sides were... More

Not impressed with anything we had. Appetizers seemed like frozen foods. Even the fish my husband had was farm raised. Not something you'd expect from a seafood restaurant!

There is valet parking where the elevator takes you up right next to the entrance. You do have to walk around the building to get to get back to the car and you will need the guidance of the lobby attendants. We went here for lunch based on its Zagat recommendation of best seafood restaurant. We were asked if at... More

We went to Oceanaire to celebrate our anniversary. We were greeted with a Happy Anniversary and shown to our table. They also gave us a card signed by the staff and a special menu for us to take home. The service was fantastic and Mike took great care of us. I had the Mixed Grill which had a selection of... More

I've never had a bad meal at Oceanaire. Just the opposite, it has always been very, very good. The fish tacos were excellent, clam chowder wonderful, just as you'd expect. I also really enjoyed the seafood copped salad this week while there on a business lunch. Filled with crab, it was delicious. This combined with a nice atmosphere for a... More

Went here for my 3 year anniversary and experienced the most horrible service I have ever in my life dining out. For the first time in my life I refused to tip. The server was rude didn't even ackwolege us as how are meal was or were we enjoying our. The only positive thing I can say was that the... More

Just OK. Didn't care for the service. Had dinner here last night and was not particularly impressed. Very loud in the restaurant. The waiter started off friendly. There were 3 of us. When 2 of us ordered just dessert and 1 of us just 2 appetizers then the waiter's mood changed. I assume he figured it wasn't going to be... More

There is just no value anymore at the Oceanaire. This once great seafood restaurant has been reduced to an overpriced, very mediocre spot by its corporate parent, Landry's. I sort of have to go here for business and this last time was beyond the pale. Raw oysters at $3 a piece--$36 a dozen? two very small sautéed soft shells for... More
