Everything about this was ok nothing special but nothing particularly poor either. It provided 'food fuel' rather than a gastro experience and after a long day travelling that was just what we needed!

Grabbed dinner and drink here and left very satisfied. The shepherds pie was superb and the pint to wash it down was just the ticket for a busy day mooching around the Mall. The live music created a great atmosphere too. I will definitely return when back in Washington.

We visited the Dubliner in July. I had the Fish and Chips and they were very tasty. The cod was very flakey and the batter was nicely done. My daughter had the sirloin burger and enjoyed it very much. I had the Bailey's Cheese Cake which I would recommend highly. My children both had apple pie ala mode and they... More

Been going to the Dubliner since the 1980s, and it has hardly changed - which is both good and bad. It's a classic style Irish pub and restaurant, but it's getting run down on the inside. More upscale than the really working-class Kelly's Irish Times next door, but that's part of the fun of having two Irish pubs side-by-side; each... More

Conveniently situated in the city centre, close to the railway station too. Wait staff were great, as were the bar staff. An oversell enjoyable experience

You have your choice of Irish pubs in this neighborhood -- both are a good choice. Dubliner has live music at night and is a bit more upscale. Food is really good and the waitstaff are friendly and attentive. The breakfasts pretty much have enough food on the plate so that you can go out and work hard all day... More

It was ok but really was not impressed with the whole experience. The waiter was kind of standoffish. The food wasn't bad but have had better.

Poped in for supper and a pint and was very pleased. There was some live folk music going on but not so loud you couldn't carry on a conversation. The staff was very attentive and my food was well prepared and tasty. Very upbeat place.

Great crowd, great food (guinness burger is a must try), great bartenders and music. It's my go to when i'm in DC - and it should be yours. Great place with friends or if you're on your own on business. You will always meet people if you are up for it.
