I was in Washington in May 2009 and someone suggested this restaurant. The atmosphere is fine with some nice outdoor seating. Location is fairly close to the Mall and to a Metro stop. Ate dinner here twice during a recent stay at the adjacent Phoenix Park Hotel. Pub is in a great location one block west of Union Station. Consistent warm greetings, prompt seating and service in a friendly, old-world atmosphere.
