It was our first time for seven years or so at this franchise. It confirmed what we rememeber end. Delicious steak, and mushrooms too. A bit pricey but worth it for the quality. The surroundings inside were dark and a bit old-fashioned. In the glass extension was better. You get what you expect here.

I was invited to a corporate event at the NW DC Ruth's Chris location. We had a private room upstairs and a dedicated team of servers for the evening. The room and all the tables were snugly fit with all the attendees, leaving little room for the wait staff to move around. Nevertheless, they were very attentive and classy, making... More

Have to agree with other raters, too casual approach. Had to wait for service at a empty bar and had to ask the bartender to wipe the counter???? Come on, I then listened to banter with a regular and I assume the manager. The bartender was not a professional type. Food was ok, bread almost cold, salad nothing special and... More

I’ve dined at about 5 different Ruth’s Chris in the last 3 years. This was the most disappointing meal that I’ve experienced. Hopefully, it was an “off” night for them because it was not your typical Ruth’s Chris dining experience. Server was just ok and my steak was overcooked. This is very unusual for this chain.

This was my second visit to a Ruth's Chris Steak House. I am not saying the food was bad. It was extremely good. The only problem I saw with the quality of the steak was that it seemed mine was sort of an end piece (I had the fillet.) so there were some "bad pieces" that I did not like,... More

Had not been here for 15 years or so so we were looking forward to going. We were in Georgetown at around 6:30 pm and decided to call to see if they could get us in on such late notice. They said come on by, no problem. Hostess and wait staff very courteous and friendly. Original seated us by the... More

Great food but the portions are way too big. I ordered calamari to start and have never seen such a large portion. Had to leave most of it to ensure there was room left for my main which was the filet. Delicious and cooked to perfection. The side plate of fries was rather overcooked for my liking. Needless to say... More

Excellent beef at this steakhouse. Good service, too, and a tasty selection of sides, including creamed spinach, potato gratin etc.

We went here for birthday treat whilst in DC. it was recommended by our hotel, and great choice. Menu was varied, lovely steaks as you would expect and nice quite relaxed atmosphere. Perfect tables for romantic meal. Quite pricey, but worth the extra.

We arrived late evening at Ruth's Chris without reservation. We got fast seated. The service was good and friendly. The main attraction at Ruth's Chris is the food. Had a crab cake as starter which was delicious. The bread served was warm and lofty - Very good - be careful to not fill you up with the bread ;-) As... More
