I have to say that the Paneer Tikka and the Sev Puri is probably the best I've ever had (and I've eaten at a lot of Indian restaurants). We went on a Saturday without making a booking so had to sit in the bar area but it was worth it. The atmosphere was nice with a live piano being played... More

Went for a client meeting and dinner. Service was over the top efficient. Cocktails were in that perfect mix of strong but not overpowering. Food was exceptional - heat + flavor. Just a great experience. I can't wait to return for a personal meal.

Took colleagues out for a farewell lunch,. The food was delicious as always but took forever to arrive and the service was uneven which was an unwelcome surprise. The waiter forgot my ice tea and a request to have the naan before the rest of the food (since by then we had waited for a long time) was rebuffed by... More

Whule visiting Washington, DC recently, we chose this restaurant because we love Indian cuisine. Up to now, we believed that the best Indian food (outside of India) was to be found in London, England - where we had many happy dining experiences. However, this restaurant ranks very high indeed in our estimation!! The ambiance is great -- seating is not... More

I've eaten here several times and the service, food quality and ambiance cannot be beat. Not a good place for children - ideal for a business lunch or date. Elegant. I always have the chat and lamb rogan josh. Can't be beat. One of the best places in DC to eat.

My teenaged son picked Bombay Club for his 18th birthday dinner, as we had been there in October and loved it. We were not disappointed. It was husband's first trip there, and he ordered the thali, a selection or sampler of a number of different dishes. My son and I had the lamb rogan josh and the tandoori chicken. We... More

Went for a Sunday brunch. Have been to many Indian restaurants in this area. Quite frankly, nothing on the buffet was to our taste. Many Indian families were there and seemed to be enjoying it. This cannot compare to any other Indian restaurant I've visited. Service is excellent. My Indian friends have raved about this place but it was clear... More

It is located only a short walk from the White House, in an area where there are many hotels. My wife and I always enjoy Indian meals while staying out of town and this restaurant was very good. I would call it "fine dining" though certainly not too fancy. We enjoyed the food and had very good service. I would... More

Excellent food, location, ambiance and service. At a price so low for the buffet. I have not idea what damage would it do to my wallet if I hop in for Á la carté dinner. Buffet is a must go.

The whole evening was pleasant. Starters fun and tasty. Our curry dishes were well flavored and featured shrimp, chicken and veggies. Biryani excellent, as was the naan. The wine the waiter suggested was a good pairing with the meal. Good vibe in the restaurant with all ages and group sizes. Left happy.
