Its a great place for a quick Mediterranean fix, hang out and have a long chat. The falafel is good. The veggie plate was good. Overall good food at a decent price. Not amazing, but good.

Very casual dining. Only one notch about fast food. You place an order and then when ready 5 minutes later (you need to stand by) collect your tray with food and drink to carry to your table. No reservations accepted but typically you find a place to sit in this busy restaurant. No service to the table. Food tasty and... More

I am picky about baklava, but theirs measured up to my standards. Fried zucchini was delicious, but the speead it came with was so potent I had garlic breath for hours!

Enjoyed our visit here very much. A casual atmosphere and delicious food. Customers order at the counter, find a seat, then wait for the order to be called. Our wait was fairly short but as we left there was a much longer line. Glad we came early. We got calamari, lemon-chicken soup, and the kebab special. Had plenty to eat... More

Nice place to eat, very nice Greek food, inexpensive. I had a great experience, the falafel is incredible, everything I ate was delicious. Recommend everyone that pass by Dupont Circle in Washington to have a great dinner at Zorba's.

After over a decade in DC and for a while being a voracious and intrepid devotee of the DC restaurant scene - I have returned to Zorba's more often than many places. For two reasons value it's relatively inexpensive and for the atmosphere. Often in DC one finds oneself dealing with this situation - basically friends live in DC VA... More

We love Greek food and were excited to try this casual restaurant. We knew in advance that we would be ordering at a counter, which worked out just fine. While the food was good, we were disappointed that it didn't live up to the outstanding Greek food you can get in our native Detroit. Overall it was just average. The... More

Out of 3 evenings dining out, this was our best and most cost effective experience. I am a moussaka fan, and Zorba's hit the mark.

Went to Zorba's for a quick lunch on a Sunday. The food was plentiful and flavorful. There was no real wait-staff -- one places an order at the counter and fetches it when called -- but that was not a problem for us. We were surprised by how delicious everything tasted. My husband was thrilled that his appetizer sampler platter... More

We had not read the reviews before we had dinner there. Tired after sightseeing wanted a nice quick diner walked along Duport Circle (we were staying at the Baron Hotel closeby) and spotted its blue awning - and since we like Greek food went in. Surprisng simple service but the meal was very good Greek and very good value. Should... More
