Couldn't Wait to go back.

Quick trip to Washington for the day and made this a must lunch stop. Nothing disappointing again. Perfect food and great service. I took my husband and several friends/family (7)here to celebrate his birthday. Even though it was a Friday night and really crowded, we had a great time. The food was great and they make the best Margarita that I have had in years!!! The service was a bit sketchy at times but our seating was perfect for our small group... More

Visiting D.C. was only topped off by this restaurant located a block from the White House. You are greeted by a very friendly staff and even on the way to the table, everybody said “hello”. The restaurant is extremely large and our party sat outside the main restaurant in the atrium area. It was very enjoyable as we were able... More

It was a busy Friday night and we were glad we had reservations for such a popular restaurant. The atmosphere is just right and the service excellent. I had rockfish, but asked for three major changes in my dish preparation as well as sustitutions. They were glad to accommodate me and my meal was superb! My husband had grilled steak,... More

The Old Ebbit Grill is a Washington Institution. In summer, long waits. Bar is always busy with locals going to happy hour and tourists. The OE is part of the Clyde's Restaurant Group. This means the food and service are all of very predictible and consistant high quality. The food is very good and served as requested. The drinks are... More

Had some amazing duck breast. The concierge at the hotel we were staying out (topaz hotel) and couldn't complain had some very helpful service regarding a nut allergy in the group.

I used to come here al the time when I lived in DC for the raw bar and martinis. I came back recently while on a business trip and found it relatively unchanged. The staff is very good, very professional. The raw bar is still good, as are the martinis (and they are cheaper than what I am used to).... More

Although one of the oldest bar in DC, it is one of the trendiest bars to visit while in Washington, DC. Old world charm meets modern day dining. I thoroughly enjoyed my gourmet hamburger and mimosa. My business companions also enjoyed the crab and artichoke dip and their meal. Overall a delicious meal and great service. To avoid the wait... More

definitely worth the TA rating. Great atmosphere, and although the menu is a little limited there is something for all tastes. I'd recommend you book in advance as it can get very busy.

This is a great place to go just for the experience and history. We just had a light breakfast--pancakes. They were good, but not exceptionally large. It is very elegant and the murals are gorgeous. Service was attentive, even for our small orders. Prices are higher than many places, but you are paying for the ambience, which is worth it.
