philly appetizer and ribeye is almost to die for!!! The ribeye will will make you question if any other steak is worth eating.
I'd like to start by saying that they don't have happy hour specials here. But it's still a popular place to hang out, especially for the business/government crowd. The have nice outdoor seating and even if you're inside it's nice because the have great big windows that slide open. Bartenders were great bee had a ton of apps (cheesesteak egg... More
This restaurant was suggested to us by a hotel concierge. We had Cheesesteak Eggrolls for appetizers (delicious), Prime Ribeye (out of this world) and Chocolate Molten cake is to die and the servers were very friendly.
Think high-end sports bar that attracts the well-connected in DC. Not cheap, but a nice enjoyable dinner.

After spending the day on Capitol Hill, we went to wind down it was extraordinarily loud happy hour very difficult to hear table mates and our server. There us one private room. VIP cocktail tasty. Ordered filet mignon medium well, one corner was burnt. Table shared a tray of desserts which was a wonderful idea.
Just across the road from the old post office and a five minute walk from our hotel we found Del Frisco's grill. There is plenty of seating both inside and out. Staff were attentive and food was good. We started with the flatbread but wouldn't bother with it again. I had steak which was cooked well. A good choice of... More
Got off a tour and found this restaurant. Our group had a flatbread pizza (great), soup and gilled cheese (great), steak salad (good) and a cheesburger appetizer (good), along with drinks. Pleasant outdoor seating and good service made for an enjoyable visit.
