We visited D.C. and stayed with friends, who told us about Little Serow, a local restaurant that has become popular by word of mouth. It can best be described as a Thai dining experience, one where you sit and have seven courses brought to you. No decisions necessary. You can't book and they have specific sittings, only three in an... More

This is the best Thai food I've had in the U.S. It is incredibly fresh and flavorful and very spicy. That said, while I like the concept (set menu, intimate space) the booking process is incredibly inconvenient (they do not accept normal reservations). You (or a member of your party) must line up before they open to get on the... More

I had previously eaten there and enjoyed it. Got my group of freinds down there about 5:45 and then waited until 8:45 for our table. We were excited based on my past experience. But, only 2 dishes wowed and when asked for more of one told there would be an extra charge. I understand that need to keep tables moving,... More

I have been hearing about Little Serow for years and last night finally had the opportunity to go. We got in line around 4:20pm and were the third ones in line. We waited in line until 5:30pm and we asked to be in the second seating. Overall, I feel like Little Serow was a bit overhyped. The food was spicy,... More

My husband and I and another foodie couple showed up on a saturday at 4:30 pm. We stood in line for an ahour (about 20 people before and 20 after us) and then we got a 7:30 pm eating time. The hostess took down our cell number and we went and had some nice drinks at Hank's Oyster Bar while... More

My friend and I got to Little Serow at 4:45pm on Friday evening and got a table for two once the restaurant opened at 5:30pm. I liked the simplicity of the small restaurant and the enthusiasm of the staff. We included the drink pairings with our meal, which were excellent and nicely paired with the food. The food, served family... More

I've been to Little Serow 4 times now, and it's one of the very few places where I'll stand and wait for food, or on a weeknight wait if it's a later seating. The first thing to know is that the food can be quite spicy. The second thing is that the seats aren't exactly comfortable. It's not the sort... More

I've been in the Mid-Atlantic area for over five years now and had a hard time finding good Thai food. Friends recommended Little Serow and we waited outside for an hour and fifteen minutes based on their rave reviews. The weather was nice while we waited and we asked the guy next to us about his four visits. He told... More

Hard to find, they don't take reservations but it is excellent! Spicy North Thai food! The food is excellent and the service is outstanding. Pricey but worth it - and worth the wait in line. get there as they open for the evening!

Little Serow was a fun experience....very delicious food in a fun and unique setting but perhaps not up to the hype. Enjoyed Big Sister Komi far more.
