Good atmosphere

Excellent on atmosphere and location. We went for lunch and had burgers, which were run of the mill. They did have good draft beers.

We stopped here for lunch during our stay and enjoyed the atmosphere as well as the food. The crab cakes were a bit spicy for our taste but other than that good was exceptional.

I had the lobster roll which was extremely fresh tasting. The parmesan fries were a big hit too. Service was good.

This is right on Pennsylvania Avenue and is easy to see and get to. The lunch menu has no "specials." Everything is pricey, but the food, service, and atmosphere are unbeatable. I had a grilled salmon salad and an ice water. My bill with tax and tip was about 25. You do get a small basket of breads and crackers... More

We stopped in-between their lunch and dinner service. We sat at the bar and ordered their appetizers. It seemed a bit expensive at first, but the food was well worth the price. The service is professional and friendly. We will return.

We dined here at the end of a 400+ mile bike tour and we were not disappointed. The steaks were perfect and the service great. The place was bustling (even on a weeknight after 10). The atmosphere? DC Power Brokers seemed to abound. We dined next to a presidential candidate and his entourage.

WOW, how amazing was our server Tony!!! He made our entire evening even more enjoyable. We started out with a few drinks and the Grand Plateau appetizer ,which was hands down worth the price. Large shrimp, lobster and oysters that were so fresh. Our server Tony pretty much ordered for my husband and made the perfect choice of the bone-in-filet,... More

We have been coming to Capital Grille for over ten years, as we live in the neighborhood. This used to be our go-to place for a special celebration, but our last few visits have diminished our experience. Over time Capital Grille moved from elegant steakhouse to very casual restaurant, probably because of its national expansion. There is no dress code,... More

Came here on business - we actually came 2 nights in a row. Great food, wine, company and atmosphere. T-bone fillet was amazing. Make sure you book as it is very busy. Loved it - thanks!

My wife and one cousin had the mozzarella and tomato salad which they enjoyed. One person had a lovely crock of french onion soup which... More
