Great atmosphere, ok food

I went with my wife and daughter for lunch. On the plus side the atmosphere is great, the place is very charming, and the staff is very helpful and friendly -- frankly, a bit of a surprise given its reputation as a trendy spot. High marks on that front. The down side? The food is average and... read more

The family and I stumbled across this place and it looked warm and inviting. The tapas was very well made and really authentic. So much so my daughter raved about the brussel sprouts. My primary complaint was regarding the price and quantity of the cocktails. At $12 each they weren't cheap and tasted great BUT came with the largest single... More

I received a gift card and decided to use it...Everything was exceptional and fairly priced which made it a unique combination for Washington, DC. The treat was all the little bites and assortment of flavors. The sangria was excellent, the Serrano ham nicely shaved and appropriately thin. The big surprise was the little sandwiches (bocadillos?). I had one with fried calamari... More

We had a very nice tapas meal here during a one day stop in Washington. It was nice to get away from the regular (and usually mediocre) tourist trap food options and come somewhere where it was clearly a favourite with locals also.

The place is very nice and and cool with a lot of beautiful people hanging out. Vibrating environment with delicious food. Plates are not very generous though so you might want to order some appetizers which are also mouthwatering. Avoid the chef's counter if you don't want to get back home smoke-smelling. Definitely a place to go.

We have been to many tapas restaurants, and I would put this one very high on the list. The food was amazing and the service outstanding. We loved everything we tried.

Last night we had dinner at Estadio and it impressed. Having just come back from Spain 3 weeks ago I still had fresh memories of Spanish cuisine, especially tapas from Barcelona and San Sebastian. Estadio did not disappoint. Tomato country bread, serano jamon, patatas bravas, exquisite gin & tonics, all was quite authentic and delicious. I ordered the flank steak... More

Went on a Tuesday night with a co-worker about 7:15, place was crowded, but got places at a communal table. Place is dimly lit, so bring the flashlight app on your smartphone. It's tapas, so beware this the order, reasonably priced, is like finger food. I ordered the swordfish, very tasty but only 3 ounces!. Also ordered the Hangar steak,... More

Went here with a bunch of my mums friends and the food was good. I didn't particularly like the ambiance / set up but the waitress who served us was pleasant
