Terrific service. The french fries, the steak, the sides, the dessert, the wine... you get the picture

We had just arrived Friday afternoon. We came with friends and had lunch. We liked the fish tacos and the hamburger was great. It's pricey but we were vacationing so we ordered a bottle of wine!

This was my first experience at Bourbon Steak (located inside the Four Seasons Georgetown) and I was blown away. The staff here are very knowledgeable with the whole menu to include the wine list. I was warned that the meal itself would be plenty since the side dishes are served as family dishes meant to share. We started with Louis... More

I took 2 clients to dinner here last weekend on our first night of a week-long business trip. I've been to the Four Seasons for drinks on many occasions, but this was my first time having dinner there. Bourbon Steak was wonderful--convenient location, nice space, good service, and very nice food. The fact that on Sundays they offer Syrahs at... More

The only criticism or observation is just that we were very full afterwards! We very much agree with the reviews citing high quality of food and so on....and we did not experience the slow service that a few other reviewers did see. It was a busy weekday night - pretty much a full sitting and very busy lounge bar. Our... More

It's the only option for afternoon snacks or early appetizers in the evening at the Four Seasons Hotel. Menu is limited and service was painfully slow. What we did get was well prepared and tasty, plus priced accordingly for the location.

Mixed review - the staff were wonderful, ambiance was nice - food was just OK. The complimentary french fries with several dipping sauces was interesting and very tasty. Our table of four shared the seafood medley appetizer which was delicious. The dissapointment came with the main course where 3 out of the 4 dishes were not properly cooked. My $46... More

The food was well cooked. The bread and french fries they serve before the meal are fantastic. I am not sure if my knife was just dull or the steak really was hard to cut which was the only thing keeping me from 5 stars.

I am a dedicated carnivore and a steak snob. At home I regularly eat 2-3 grass fed steaks a week. I find that 95% of the time I can blow a restaurant steak out of the water compared to what I can prepare on my weber with a little black pepper and salt. That said, the opportunity arose to go... Although part of a hotel, this restaurant is a top notch spot for evening dining in one of the hip areas of Washington DC. Definetely worth a visit. The bar welcomes you with a very good variety of drinks and invites you for a pleasant stay for a high end dining experience.
