Came highly recommended

My tuna tartare was awesome. The waitress recommended the lobster pie to my husband as he had been having a fair bit of steak on this trip. Whilst it was beautifully presented he was disappointed with the overall dish. Never mind he should have stuck to a steak. Overall though a lovely night

Decor is lovely as it always is with Four Seasons. Service is good. Food is....well, confusing. I am not sure chef pays enough attention to pairing flavor a with food it accompanies. Really nothing special except for the truffle flavored bread! This is to die for!

Dear keichv, Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback regarding your dinner experience at Bourbon Steak. It was good to hear that you enjoyed the décor of the restaurant and our black truffle butter rolls, however I was disappointed to learn that you did not enjoy the rest of our cuisine. Our culinary team strives to create inspiring... More

Despite being located in one of the worst hotels of DC, Four Seasons, Bourbon Steak surprises with very friendly service and excellent quality food. The lunch immediately surprised me with amazing black truffle roll. The lamb rib chops were very delicate. Overall impression was very pleasant and the check was surprisingly decent.

My wife and I dined at Bourbon Steak last weekend and found it to be superb in every area. The food was spectacular, the service was spot on, the atmosphere in the restaurant was comfortable and non-pretentious. If anything we made the mistake of over-ordering, we could have easily shared an appetizer, shared a side, had one drink each and... More

Bourbon Steak was selected as our venue because it was located in the Four Seasons of Georgetown. While the service was excellent and wine menu adequate, the steak left much to be desired. I ordered a ribeye steak cook medium rare. The cut of meat was inferior as well as over overcooked. One of my two table mates ordered a... More

Although I love the Four Seasons, this restaurant , though a favorite of many, was a disappointment. The fries which are served as a complimentary appetizer arrived cold- and were replaced. My fish , while prepared very well, was an extremely small portion. The steak was on par with other good steak houses . Unfortunately the service was lackluster and... More

Try the lobster pot pie. Careful, it's a huge dish. They got me with the appetizer fries and rolls. I refrained but could have eaten 4 rolls. I'm full and satisfied. We also for the 10 oz grass fed steak. It was tender and perfect. The sautéed spinach was just barely on the stove leaving it not over done. I... More

One of the best filet mignon, the appetizers and sides including crab balls were excellent. Pricey but great for a business dinner.

OK, it is in an expensive hotel. I expected silly prices, disappointing execution. What we got was fabulous food, tremendous service, sane prices and a real treat. It was a late lunch after a morning in the museums. We just wanted a 'bite', since we had a fairly early fine dining reservation. I saw the reviews for Bourbon Steak and... More

Visited on a business dinner, not very appropriate setting for such meetings but nevertheless enjoyed the meal and the service. My steak was well done but still juicy enough due to the sauce they use it seems. Good work
