Very busy, trendy steak restaurant.

I had two dinners here in December and both were very good. The restaurant is busy with a slick atmosphere and slick, on the ball service. Although the restaurant is busy, it never feels overcrowded but carries an elegance to its feel and decor. The food was all very good apart from a dessert... read more

We had dined at the Seasons Restaurant for brunch during our last trip to Georgetown and had to return to dine at Bourbon Steak. As expected, service was impeccable. We were a party of 4, 3 adults and a 4 year old, and the staff was very welcoming. We asked to be switched to a booth as easier with a... More

Great atmosphere, friendly staff. Best mac & cheese I've ever had! Wonderful place to spend an evening.

A delayed table was met with a sincere apology and complimentary champagne. Thereafter, the food, drinks, service and ambience were exemplary. The sommelier was friendly and approachable (and recommended a lovely Californian red) and our head waiter was extremely knowledgeable and excellent with our 5 year old. A restaurant right at the very top of its game. A must try... More

Great setting (have a pre-dinner drink at the bar). Great service. Impeccable wine list. But most importantly: Best steak in town!

A lot of places claim to be a world class steak house, but many fall short. Bourbon Steak however earns the right to be one of the top restaurants in the DC area. Aside from the food being phenomenal, the service is unparalleled. Anything you ask, they will try their best to accommodate. You receive complimentary truffle butter rolls and... More

Bourbon Steak is always excellent. From the cocktails to the wine list, the french fries to the dry-aged beef -- you can't go wrong here. Be sure to ask questions of the sommelier and wait-staff. They will happily give you great information and guidance, and are always knowledgeable.

Located in the Four Seasons hotel, this restaurant has a great reputation and the service we had was excellent. Although the meals we had were very good, they seemed overpriced since we dined on similar or better quality meals at cheaper prices elsewhere in DC. There is no reason not to go here for special occasions, but be prepared for... More

We came here to celebrate a birthday and it was well worth the wait! We left our car with valet which is normally 22.00 if you get the ticket validated at the restaurant it’s 12.00 so keep that in mind. The staff was pleasant and helpful from beginning to end. We got to change our open table reservation on the... More

I've been to this restaurant a few times and am never disappointed. They start with wonderful seasoned fries - this trip there were three kinds and they were ranch, pastrami, and herb flavored. Then a nice salad and their hot rolls with truffle butter, delivered is their own small cast pan. I have the bone in NY strip, aged 50... More
