Didn't have dinner but the bar was a lot of fun. Only problem is it needs more space for high top tables - space is very cramped. It is a popular place and gets jammed.

So finally we make it there. Got our drinks and waiter brought a small app on the house that had fries with 3 different sauces. Not a bad start. We order an app that was on special ( scallops with orzo ) that was ok. We order the Amish chicken that was recommended and the aged 50 day steak. Chicken... More

The service was impeccable and attentive. We took my mom for her birthday and they made the evening quite special. The craft cocktails were delicious and 'duck' fries fantastic. The truffle mac and cheese is a must. Many steak options, but also fish, duck, and pork. Very pricey, but worth the splurge for a special occasion.

We went especially to have a great steak experience, but slightly disappointed. The steak was nice, but way over priced. We had 2 steaks, couple of drinks and dessert and came to around $200. I would have spent this at a Michelin star restaurant and got more. It's called Bourbon Steak, but my husband wasn't impressed as there was no... More

The food is good - with everything from steaks and large meals with Turkey burgers, Vegi burgers, Lamb burgers, baked potato and many task salads. Service is great - beers and wine are high end and good (according to my friends - I like water).

Staff is a bit officious in their effort to be formal. You can tell it is a Michael Minna restaurant because of the innovative menu. Picture this: A cast iron pan comes to the table with what looks like six warm swirling attached cinnamon buns but without sugar or cinnamon - instead they have the most delicious melted butter and... This is no longer your grandparents' 4 Seasons. It was a happening, swinging place featuring numerous African diplomats with the leisure suits and pointy shoes, an African Naval officer, local Georgetown hipsters, and us rubes. We popped in for some dessert requesting someplace quieter than the bar (like the restaurant) since I am very sensitive to the lack of artistic... More

Been there for lunch after touring Georgetown. sat on the large and impressive bar. there is a lunch deal for very impressive burgers. Ive skipped the burgers and took Flat Iron Wagyu Steak for 42$ the steak was made professionally, the beef cut was marble as promised enjoyed the lunch very much, but remember this is an expensive restaurant for... no, the decor is not cool, unless you are into 'retro'. it is noisy, the music blares in from the adjacent bar...so for ambience Bourbon scores '0'. what scores 10/10 is the food. i had the 18oz new york strip (on the bone) , i washed it down with a 2011 Napa Valley Shafer merlot...as a red wine & steak...
