Very busy, trendy steak restaurant.

I had two dinners here in December and both were very good. The restaurant is busy with a slick atmosphere and slick, on the ball service. Although the restaurant is busy, it never feels overcrowded but carries an elegance to its feel and decor. The food was all very good apart from a dessert... read more

Great setting (have a pre-dinner drink at the bar). Great service. Impeccable wine list. But most importantly: Best steak in town!

A lot of places claim to be a world class steak house, but many fall short. Bourbon Steak however earns the right to be one of the top restaurants in the DC area. Aside from the food being phenomenal, the service is unparalleled. Anything you ask, they will try their best to accommodate. You receive complimentary truffle butter rolls and... More

Bourbon Steak is always excellent. From the cocktails to the wine list, the french fries to the dry-aged beef -- you can't go wrong here. Be sure to ask questions of the sommelier and wait-staff. They will happily give you great information and guidance, and are always knowledgeable.

Located in the Four Seasons hotel, this restaurant has a great reputation and the service we had was excellent. Although the meals we had were very good, they seemed overpriced since we dined on similar or better quality meals at cheaper prices elsewhere in DC. There is no reason not to go here for special occasions, but be prepared for... More

We came here to celebrate a birthday and it was well worth the wait! We left our car with valet which is normally 22.00 if you get the ticket validated at the restaurant it’s 12.00 so keep that in mind. The staff was pleasant and helpful from beginning to end. We got to change our open table reservation on the... More

I've been to this restaurant a few times and am never disappointed. They start with wonderful seasoned fries - this trip there were three kinds and they were ranch, pastrami, and herb flavored. Then a nice salad and their hot rolls with truffle butter, delivered is their own small cast pan. I have the bone in NY strip, aged 50... More

Loudly talking at each other... There is much to recommend here... From the interesting in house cocktails, to the excellent fries cooked three ways. The service is of course very good as you'd expect. Oh and the standard of the steaks and cooking superb.. In addition the wines are well matched and interesting. But intimate it is not... It's a... Staying at the 4 Seasons, and went here three times last week - first on the day we arrived for lunch, then a couple of nights later after the restaurant we booked (Black Salt) was closed due to storm damage when we got there and then again for lunch. Lunch - the turkey burger is awesome. Go for that alone.... More

The place was crowded and we needed a late reservation to get in. The steak was prepared perfectly and the taste was OK. Prices are high however we were able to find a decent wine at $40 a bottle. The corkage to bring your own wine is $35. The broccolini was really salty. The meal is served with three types... More
