Fine food and pretty good prices

We went here with a group after a wedding and they were serving some breakfast food late while the bar was hopping. We had fries and a breakfast sandwich which was ok. We came back for breakfast because we were staying across the street. My ham egg and cheese sandwich was very salty, but fine... read more

This is the perfect place to stop in for a burger and a beer. Food is at one end, bar at the other. Pick a table or sit at the bar. Pick a seat, relax, and enjoy!

I needed a bite before the fireworks. They were nearby and open. The burger was griddle fried down to 2/3's it starting size and then put on a bun meant for the former. In other words more bread than meat.

This is not a gourmet burger joint. However, if you are sick of being boned on food prices while staying in near by hotels, it is an OK burger. They do takeout, everything is paper and plastic. There is a full bar and outside tables.

Easy atmosphere very casual and $. Quick service. Serves New Jersey tomatoes. Central location around many hotels. Great people watching. On list for another visit.

Seemed funky and fun, like a good place for a quick lunch, but the chicken in the sandwich tasted "off" and I didn't eat it.

Like many other reviewers, I was drawn to this place in part because of its connection to the famous SNL skit. I was staying at a hotel nearby - and walked there for breakfast. You order at the counter and all they have are plastic knives and forks. An omelet with ham and cheese was about $5.75 with toast and... More

Okay, so the SNL skit from the 70s brought me here. "Borger, cheezeborger, cheezeborger, fries, Coke no Pepsi!" The cheezeborger was okay. The fries were good-ish, but could have been better. Simple burger and fry lunch. There seems to be a contingent of regulars who know the owner/manager guy because he perked up when they came in and stood having... More

Dirty tables. I ordered a hamburger and had to open the bun to find the meat - not sure it was meat…Skip this place and pay a little more for a better meal.
