Walked by on way back from a day of sightseeing an decided to give it a try. We weren't disappointed but we weren't wowed either. Dishes weren't memorable so really can't comment. I suppose we're somewhat jaded by all the fine asian influenced restaurants in the San Francisco Bay Area. This one didn't measure up but it'll do in a... More

If you’re looking for great Thai cuisine, Asian Spice is the place! Located in Chinatown, this charming place is perfect for dining with friends. I decided on the New Beijing Cashew Chicken which was absolutely delicious. The Kapow Chicken was pretty good too. As for the atmosphere, I really enjoyed the beautiful setting. You should give Asian Spice a try!!!

We had a nice view. I felt like they shoved us in the back...it seemed like the place to be was in the front. It took forever to even put in a drink order. But our beer finally arrived, cold and tasty. The food was not the best I've had, nor the worst. Probably I wouldn't return.

Nice corner location with just the right amount of high class to make the low class feel at home. Warm staff, nice decor. Appetizer portions were a bit small for my liking, but entree made up for it.

DC is not a good service city so I suppose I shouldn't fault a restaurant for lack of good service, but the pace at which we were tended too here was rather abysmal. The food was decent and the location was perfect for friends meeting up, so it worked out, but I doubt I'd ever make a special trip here... More

Asian Spice offers very good, and creative, pan Asian dishes. The sushi drew me there, but also love their Korean and Thai offerings. The service is very attentive and professional. Provides for a very good experience.

This is more like a three and a half star review... The location is certainly convenient, which is likely the reason this place does such a steady business. The restaurant is sort of chopped up into sections and it seems like there is a bit of an identity crisis between bar, sit down restaurant, and sushi bar. The outdoor patio... More

The Drunken Noodles are fantastic. I was pleasantly shocked by the flavor and textures. Twice I had the General Tsao's Chicken. We never got it as spicy as I would like it but they didn't make the common mistake with this dish of making the sauce too sweet, so I enjoyed it. They don't have it on the menu but... More

After a few weekday lunches at the pan-Asian restaurant Asian Spice, the best I can say is that that the food is average. When I first tried this restaurant a few years ago, it was great. Most recently I had drunken noodles, for example, and they were unremarkable. The "fresh soft rolls" (often called Vietnamese spring rolls or garden rolls)... More

This was our last stop at the end of a day of touring DC. This was the 2nd time I had been here and it did not disappoint. We started off with some sushi. Every piece was great. I ordered the bulgogi. Always my favorite dish. There are so many Asian place downtown - I would put this in the... More
