We stopped in for a quick bite before hitting all of the museums and the food hit the spot. My son had a huge sandwich that was custom made and I had the Sanford Farm salad which was so large I could not finish it. The meal with chips and drinks was $30 and everything was delicious and fresh. If... More

My step-son asked me to bring sandwiches to his house to share with family. He specified Jetteis sandwiches. I said "Where?" He said "Near you on Foxhall road!" I didn't know it was there, so I stopped. Apparently many others new about it 'cause it was very very busy with a line out the door. The crew were very efficient... More

We visited Washington recently and tried out Jetties. Jetties is located in a residential area and looks like a house. If it weren't for the signs for the nail shop and the one for Jetties you would miss it. The prices for a sandwich runs from $8.75 to $11.95. Kind of pricey but they do give a lot of meat... More

My daughter and I stopped by Jetties while touring east coast schools. We had just finished the tour at American University and were headed to Georgetown. She was hungry for lunch so we randomly stopped here, knowing nothing about it. Of course you know you are on to something when the place is packed with locals. We both bought cups... More

Anything turkey is awesome. Their take on an Italian sub is sublime. Not cheap, but well made with plenty of meat.

One of my favorite meals any time of day is a good sandwich. The sandwiches here are some of the best I’ve ever had, and they are BIG. My favorite has turkey, dressing, and cranberry sauce, but you can customize almost any combination you want. They have a broad range of ingredients that are fresh and tasty. For a great... More

Loved the sandwich, enough to share. Steps Beach, toasted turkey salad, tomatoes, argula, tarragon. Delicious. Ate out front on picnic tables, unassuming outside...but a winner.

Jetties is hands-down my go to sandwich shop in D.C. While the prices are high, a Jetties sandwich is enough food to last for two meals (if you can control yourself). The ingredients are always fresh. The hand carved turkey breast is what sets Jetties apart from the competition. They also have high quality bacon, cheeses, breads, and salads. The... More

Jetties has great sandwiches and great soups. They cut fresh roasted turkey. It is a bit more pricey than most delis but I still loved it. Will be back!

The Sankaty sandwich was phenomenal for breakfast! The portion is huge and it was very delicious with lots of real eggs and bacon. My friend also loved the Pocomo sandwich and it looked delicious! The option to create your own sandwich is also very cool. The shop is interesting in that you order via filling out a sheet of paper... More
