We decided to eat at this restaurant in DC because of the great ratings it had on here. So we called a few hours ahead to make a reservation for 2 which was very easy to make they had times available. The prices were a little high but i guess thats pretty normal for the area we were in overall... More

Heard so much about this place and managed to get there for breakfast. Love the vibe and decor and love the farm to table mind set. The breakfast menu reads well and combines good choices. I had the eggs benedict florentine with a side of fresh fruit. Very good. I try to stay away from bread but I wish I... More

I had been wanting to try Founding Farmers and finally was able to do so this week. It was busy at lunch, so I am glad my friend and I had a reservation. The menu is small, but it offers a variety of choices, from burgers to salads to more fancy lunch dishes. I had the shrimp Louie salad, and... More

This was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Upon arrival we were greeted warmly and sat at a table immediately. Our waiter was very informative and friendly without being over zealous and was very well informed on all aspects of the menu when questions were put to him. We felt at home and happy with the surroundings and how... More

Stopped by for quick Friday lunch after arriving in DC. Luckily we beat the lunch rush because by the time we were leaving the place was packed. We had the turkey sandwich with watermelon mint salad as the side and the chicken and waffles with red potatoes. The best part of the meal was the Mac and cheese that came... More

The reviews on tripadvisor were very good for this place, so we went for lunch. Very crowded! We only had a table available for 45 - 60 minutes, should be fine. But the waitress wasn't that fast with taking our order, we had to wait for half an hour before we even ordered! The food was good though, you get... More

Our family dinner at this fine establishment wAs an incredible experience. From the tasty mussels to my prime rib, you cannot go wrong. We have a 12 and 10 year d that also found something they loved on the menu. Fresh as fresh can be! Oh, and try the hibiscus drink, so good. Dress casual if you like, environment super... More

Went here for breakfast because we were staying at the Hotel Lombardy just up the road with no breakfast included. We had seen the queue for tables the night before & popped our heads in to see the menu. Even though it was busy we were seated quickly with the premise that they needed the table in a hour (...
