I ate here twice during my stay in DC as well. Get the carnitas. It is seasoned near perfectly, prices are great. Much better than eating a chain restaurant.

Burrito! Nature's toothbrush! Excellent meal that fits right in your hand, very filling and cheap! Three sizes, the Big Daddy will make you feel like you just had Thanksgiving Dinner. Very clean, friendly staff. Excellent lunch spot or early dinner.

The shop looked a little untidy when we went. It was a busy weekend, but still you should clean more. Food was good though.

The location is convenient to the Capitol and the Library of Congress, which is a big plus when your tour runs over and you have starving children to feed. At first glance at the menu, the prices appear reasonable. But then you order and find that adding extras such as cheese and sour cream (at $0.80/each at the time of... More

Very decent place to eat when in a hurry or for a take-out picnic. Very close to Folger Shakespeare Library and to Library of Congress.

Everything here is great- but the best is the tacos. Soft tacos on corn tortillas loaded with your choice of meats/beans (the taco asada and chorizo are my favorites) for a few dollars, and you will feel like you just went to a street vendor somewhere south of the border. The ingredients are soooo fresh and of high quality, and... More

We had a tour of the Capital and we were so hungry. We didn't want to walk that far since we had walked for hours. We found this place within 2 blocks of the capital. It was excellent. It is a small place with about 10 chairs. We are a family of 6 and we all loved the food. This... More

Excellent food and generous portions - quick and delicious. A great find in the DC area! Perfect for children. Our son stuffed his burrito with all his favorites.

Just a short walk from the Library of Congress you will find Burrito Brothers. But get there a little early if you want lunch, because lots of people know you can get a LOT of great Mexican food for a really reasonable price. The little place fills up quickly. The tacos were excellent. The burritos are HUGE (as well as... More
