the ambience is stunning. you feel like you stepped back in time. beautifully laid out with old crockery and beautiful glasses. we sat in th courtyard which was very romantic but I would go for the living room. Quite the most eclectic restaurant I have ever eaten in. All the tables are packed with china and glassware, the side cupboards are also overflowing with the stuff and it all make for an amazing evening experience. The music and atmosphere is second to none and when the staff get up to dance encouraging diners to join them the whole... More

A romantic colonial type of restaurant in the centre of Trinidad. Food is great (grilled fish) and the staff even more so. Atmosfhere is fabulous. Highly recomend!

We had a great night of entertainment at this restaurant. The tables are beautiful presented with lovely glasses, porcelain and other artefacts. The food is OK, not special but quite tasty. However, once the band started playing the whole place came alive with all the staff and some of the diners joining in the dancing. Well worth a visit

If you eat nowhere else, eat here - if you can get a table! The décor and table ware are simply outstanding - Victorian glassware and china, silver plate cutlery - honestly its an amazing place! And then there is the food. Such food! Cuba may not be renowned for it cuisine but here what dishes they have on offer... More

We had a lovely meal here on Christmas night 2014. It is a very old world classy place, old crystal glasses & cutlery, linen tablecloths and waiters in suits. The food was beautiful, slightly above the norm re price but worth it for the ambience and surroundings.

The actual restaurant is fascinating. The owner collects glass and pottery and every inch of the place is filled with his collection, even the dining tables. He is very friendly and excited to show off his collection and discuss it with you. Once space was made on our table for food the meal we had was excellent. Fresh lobster dishes... More

The owner of this restaurant collected lots of China and wine glasses in the right moment to expose and use it later in her paladar. What a great experience to dine like the king or the queen of all caribbean islands. The food is nice, the wines lovely, and you certainly can afford it - the prices are reasonable.

The place is fantastic! The decoration reminds you of the colonial time of the Cuban aristocracy. The dishes, the cutlery, the glasses and the portraits on the wall make the restaurant unique. To complete, the food is really tasteful and the drinks are perfect. Even though the food is a little overpriced, it definetly worth the experience.

Beautiful restaurant, great staff, great food. It's like walking into themost fabulous antique shop. We celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary in Cuba, booked this place as we were in Trinidad on the actual day and wanted somewhere special to go for our meal....I had checked out places on TA before leaving home. Great recommends given and can only confirm what... More
