Yummy food

This place had a small menu of seasonal produce, which was very nicely cooked and tasty. Staff were a but unenthusiastic, and the beer keg was perhaps a little stale, but our great meals made up for it. Plus the live music helped create a nice ambience!

I have visited Le Cafe twice recently and have been impressed by the friendly helpful staff. One Occassion was a family dinner . We all enjoyed our meal.

Had a great meal and lovely wine. The service was good but not rushed. Give it try if you're in the area!

Have been here twice before and loved it so was a bit disappointed this time. The supposed sirloin was more like rump steak as was quite grisly. The wild goat was very nice. The "cake and ice cream" had one tablespoon of ice cream so was quite dry.

I met some friends here for breakfast and coffee on my way through Picton. It is so conveniently located overlooking the harbour and close to all the shops in town. The staff were very friendly and service was quick. I had some eggs with seasoned mushrooms that also came with a tasty salsa and toast. My frineds had the french... More

I had a dinner and breakfast at Le Cafe while in Picton in late December. Small menu with a good assortment of food and absolutely delicious.

Not the trendiest spot in Picton, but has decent beer on tap, served cold, which was all I needed on a hot summer day in Picton the same day a big cruise boat arrived in town.

We were there on New years eve to celebrate. There was a lot of people and a lot to do so that can be the cause. We orders the special ribs and pasta. It was really a dissapointment. The ribs didn't taste so much but the pasta was worse, no flavour at all. The service was really busy this night... More

I had the sirloin and it was cooked beautifully, the service was great and the live music was a jazzband that really made it a lovely experience. Highly recommended!!

A combination of a bar and restaurant. It doesn't usually work but here it's not too bad, probably because of the location looking over the water at the front. Good food from a limited menu, and (to this reviewer) the best draught beer in Picton. Live music occasionally. Worth a visit.
