So good!!

I have just had the best pizza in New Zealand at the friendly Irish pub. And the Baily's slushy that Debbie suggested to go with it was delish!! Great atmosphere, great service and awesome food!!

My wife and I, along with two friends had a meal and a few drinks at this pub. We found the food and hospitality to be of a very high standard, the prices were OK as well. Unfortunately we were there on a Thursday and missed the live entertainment, Friday and Saturday I think. The pizzas that Neil the host... More

We had a wonderful time, the staff were very friendly and the food was yummy, we loved the set out of the place with lots of nice little alcoves to sit in so you felt like you were alone even though you were in a resturant full of people. Loved it!

Decided to go on Paddy's day which for an Irish pub like this should be as big as new year. Sadly it felt like they were lacking in effort. There was the standard daft hats and tattoos which you get in every bar yet for some reason you had to buy 4 pints in one go to get a hat,... More

It is clear to us that after drinking 16 pints of Guinness you do not have a clear memory of the events that occurred. More

As you walk into this bar you get a friendly welcome from Debbie . This quaint little Irish Bar offers fresh made pizza including build your own pizza. This has an amazing crispy base made in the pizzeria by Neil. The Balleys slushy is amazing. All reasonably priced . Enjoy this with Irish and Kiwi beers on tap. Outside is... More

A pint of Guinness and a pizza is not a dining option we would normally consider, but we didn't fancy much else that was available in Picton that night. The pizzas my wife and I had were great - freshly made, with interesting and generous toppings. The Guinness was pretty good too.

Very impressed with the way a chef and a barmaid can handle a full bar in full tilt mode. I was very happy with my pizza and amazed at the cheerfulness that makes The Irish so welcoming. Everyone that enters is alive with laughter and interest in conversation. "Sam I Am" played on Friday and returns on St Patricks Day... More

Understaffed, so the barmaid kept having to stop in the middle of serving (even half way through trying to make a payment!) to run food. An extra $5 for a gluten free base is too much. Pizza was nice, but nothing special.

Got a night pass and took the Mrs out for a bite to eat. I wasn't expecting the pizza to be this good in a local pub, and the atmosphere was nice and chilled. We'll be back.

One of the best pizza I have ever eaten. The service was great by Debbie. Even tried their Baileys slushy which was very tasty.
