Good breakfast and dinner

The seabreeze is beautifully set close to the harbour. We went twice, once for dinner (two fish dishes) and once for breakfast (muesli with joghurt). My wife and I called into this establishment after disembarking from the Interislander last Saturday. After viewing the menu board I immediately wanted the mussels and my wife selected a different dish. We sat outside and took in the fabulous view down Queen Charlotte sound while we waited for our lunch. When our meals were brought outside the aroma of... More

We stopped in for a quick coffee and snack, the service was fast and friendly and the coffee was great. The view are beautiful and I wish we had longer to enjoy them.

This has to be one of the worst cafes we have visited. 45 minutes for poached eggs on toast is inexcusable considering they were only a third full. Our friends had to leave after waiting 30 minutes for their breakfast. Fortunately they got their money back. Meanwhile our breakfast arrived after the tea was stone cold. The american pancakes turned... More

We ate lunch here because there were vegetarian options and because it had a great harbor view. It is on a busy town corner but inside seating is comfy and quieter. I've had better veg lasagna but it was tasty and worth the money. If you want sights and sounds or to smoke then outside seating is for you.

We ate here one night and were very pleased with the mains. Lovely view out over the harbour. I had a berry based dessert and was surprised that the berries were frozen as February is mid summer in the southern hemisphere, so strawberries and blueberries are readily available fresh.

Jules and the team have always provided quick service with a smile. The cafe is right on the corner opposite the beach so lovely views any time of the day. Would definitely recommend stopping for breakfast, or wine and snack :)

We recently visited this cafe during a weekday evening and were very lucky to get a table as the place was full and humming. The menu and food was excellent and the service outstanding given just how busy they were. Will be going back, thats for sure
