Really nice relaxed atmosphere with several different areas to sit and contemplate or gather with friends. Opportunity to see some student work from the Art Centre on occassion and other exhibitions as there are huge gallery areas as well. When I ordered my tea they didnt have the one that I wanted so the chef gave me some of his... More

This cafe offers some interesting takes on typical breakfast dishes - they're French toast was some of the best I've ever had. The setting is really quirky, right in an art gallery, and the atmosphere is really chilled and relaxed - and its just a short walk from the beach in Freo. Moore & Moore is the perfect brunch location... More

These guys must have been having a 'off' day when we tried today - so maybe better to keep this review in context with the others here.... :-) - The music was up so loud that I could barely hear my husband speak (he was next to me), let alone the person taking my order (maybe this is where our... apart from being a really nice relaxed cafe with great coffee and an art gallery attached this place has nitrite free bacon. I have alergies to preservatives, colourings and flavourings, raw onion and nitrites, they are more than willing to accommodate my requirements and as a result I am able to enjoy a breakfast out that goes beyond eggs on... My girlfriend and I ended up coming here 3 times during our week long stay. Great coffee and good breakfasts. Located close to the heart of Freo as well. Staff were pretty friendly, and there was some sort of art exhibition at the same time.

You often share your table with students doing work groups or studying which combined with the ever-changing art gallery gives this place a vibrant atmosphere. It is always busy but the food and drinks are served in good time. The quality is great and servings generous. We now live steps away from Moore and Moore and only complaint is that... More

A real place for good food in a relaxed setting. Go there and enjoy. There are always plenty of students around which gives this cafe a good feel.

In heart of Freo, a real gem, good coffee and lots of nooks to sit inside and outside in the sun on the street. It was busy on a Saturday so expect to queue to place your order and be quick to get your favourite table. Live jazz going, fantastic atmosphere for chilling out. Food looked good. Fun place.

I've been here for breakie a few times and love everything about it. The passageway down to the courtyard is really cool with quirky furniture (and a jazz band on one visit). Food is really good too and love the fresh ginger tea.
