We had a drink here most days and ate here three nights of the six we were in Tavira. We tried the salads and the prawns for starters, the prawns were very good, very tasty indeed. For main course we tried the tuna, the chateaubriand, the steak on a stone, the sole and the mixed grill. The six of us... More

Did I say the service was weird, by the way? We were the only people in the place, if you don't count the chef and the waitress. It was a Monday night in March, the place was empty when we arrived, and just as empty when we left. I like my steak underdone, which was a good thing because I... More

The restaurant itself is quite small (6-8 tables) with a very unique ambience. One has to get adjusted to the smell of joss sticks when entering the restaurant. More impressing than the design is the food. We came twice to restaurant because we loved the food so much. Very recommendable is the goat cheese with apple and jam (~7€) as... More

Went here for dinner beginning of January whilst staying in Tavira for a few days. Didn't think it'd be open, but I'm so glad we wondered past. Small restaurant, Interesting decor and beautiful items around the room and on the table. Staff were pleasant, friendly and attentive. They were genuinely interested in making our experience as enjoyable as possible. The... More

This is a small cosy restaurant offering a limited menu but of excellent food. Relaxed surroundings lend to a great evening. Service is geared for the chilled holidaymaker. A place to enjoy not to rush. Visited before two years ago and will again.

We visit Tavira annually and we know if we want a superb meal, using fresh produce, cooked to high standards, a Taska will not fail us. A small restaurant, intimate atmospere and inobtrusive background music, a friendly team who really welcome all. Delicious! Be sure to reserve your table.

This little restaurant is always busy and im not surprised! As soon as you walk into the restaurant you can see that the decor is very nice, and well thought out. The menus are in little hand made books giving it a personal touch. We were a party of 6 adults, 4 of us had Steak on the stone and... More
