Good selection of tapas as good prices.

A decoration that takes us to the bullfights eras with lots of posters and photos. The food is traditional and very we'll prepared. The staff is friendly. Book in advance.

We visit this nice restaurant for a lunch. Specially the steak was great. The salad was not that special. Also a very nice service. If you are in the neighbourhood, you really should try this restaurant.

Picked this based on reviews, certainly not dissapointed. Had the cod fish pie for lunch, no bones ! superb meal, for two persons would feed three. Friendly staff and would highly recommend. Town is very pretty and the Roman bridge a wonder. Liked it here.

We were invited by some freinds and were very pleasantly surprised. We had the beef platter (three different cuts) tasty. Our freinds had the fish pie and loved it.

Driving up to Spain we stopped in this old Portuguese town and decided to try this restaurant out given the good TA comments. We had to wait a little as it was full but when we cam back our table was ready. We sat upstairs close to the window. Portions were huge and the beef was excellent. Great service, good... More

Delicious Portuguese meal in an enchanting town. Also a plus that it seemed to be open fairly late. We had a variety of small dishes all of which were tasty. A stand out to me was the veggies. Not to say the meat dishes weren't great, they were. But most Portuguese restaurants we went to had a generic vegetables side... More

Visited with my wife in July after walking round and round looking for an interesting venue; really fell lucky with this place. Pleasant area outside down a side street, interesting menu for those of us inexperienced in Portugal in that it contained some authentic dishes but with translations, etc. We had the Acorda with prawns and garlic and it was... This was our second visit to this restaurant. We had a lovely, relaxed, late lunch. All the dishes were well prepared, very tasty, and presented well. Our waiter advised the local vinhio verde, which was the perfect accompaniment to the food. Great service, great value, great food, highly recommended!
