Nice breakfast!

After a night out in town and waking up very late the next day finding a breakfast place is impossible as there are no all day breakfast places around. When we went to this pub at 5pm, we asked for the breakfast and the chef was very obliging when he agreed to make an exception. So good experience... read more

Perhaps it's always foolish to opt for an English breakfast outside of England, but the hangovers dictated we must. The result was somewhat disappointing, and not cheap. The fried eggs were...very, very overcooked and crunchy. The bacon and black pudding were fine, the toast, beans and staff quite average.

On one of the main street through the Old City. Various breakfasts on menu. Well recommended. Sat outside & watched the "world go by".

Good menu selection; loved the full breakfast available until 1 pm! Nice place to eat outside. Great location in the Old Town.

We had dinner at Queens, if you can call it that. We ordered the Queens special burger, being one of the more expensive burgers on the chart we thought it would propbably be best... The meat was very chewy and the burger was 2 mm thick. So don't bother, and buy the cheaper burgers, with extra meat, if you want... More

Large bar pleasant surroundings, prices are significantly higher than comparable places. For example, a beer here is 30% higher.

This bar is on a busy corner of the old town. Brilliant place for people-watching. Sunny afternoons and good food. Although, teh peppersteak was completely covered in whole peppers! Be careful with that.

As two veggies, we struggled to eat in Riga, so decide to try the Queens. However, we found it to be dirty, unwelcoming and sadly, very much like a stereotypical rough English pub rather than a quintessential character pub. We quickly drank our drink, from a filthy glass, and left. One for the stag parties I feel.

Decided to eat here as it was close to the nice market stalls, wish we hadn't. Got a seat outside as there were a few people already eating. Ordered drinks and food. Drinks came, no food appeared!! It took us to ask twice what was happening to the food we had ordered, I also saw that people who arrive after... More
