The three locations in Riga are all good. The food is fresh with creative recipes. Price is not over the top and .... best of all ... it is quiet enough for pleasant conversations with having to talk loudly. Best for breakfast and lunch; other restaurants in Riga are better for supper and late afternoons

I have been couple of times at Index cafe and in their 3 different locations. I love the Creamy Salmon soup, that is the best. Their coffee and deserts are very nice too. If you are around and see the lable of Index cafe you must go in and eat something. It is not a budget place but quality is... More

We haven't taken much, just tea but it was good. There are very comfortable seats and very nice design, if you would like to have some privacy, you can go upstairs there is small but very nice room.

I ate an omelette with cheese, vegies and ham with a croissant and a small latte. I paid 10 €. The place is nice and clean, the waitresses are kind, the food and the coffee is perfect, but the price is over calculated for me.

Very good business lunches on Brivibas and Lielirbes street. Business lunch menu every day is different and you can find it on their web site. Business lunch portion is quite big. Brunch on Lielirbes street:If you are a group, it is better to book it. There is a very strange booking system, you have to come few days before the... More

Fresh pastries and other items for breakfast early in the morning, and the staff - wow, have not seen such kind eyes of a bartender who seems genuinely interested in each and every customer and wishes them a nice day. Not a typical thing in Riga :-)

I always goes there when I go to city centre. Music of place and staff are kind. Architecture of place and some art materials on the wall makes place more cozy. They provide free wifi. Sandwiches with chicken is nice. I suggest it.
