…but a self-service (???) tea house facing Pilsetas kanals. It has been disgusting to see empty tea cups, teapots, and mostly leftovers on the tables, and no waitresses tiding out. After a 20 min wait (nobody cared about me), I ran away. What a mess!!!

A lovely place to stop for a cup of tea and a rest in central Riga. A great range of different teas which staff can help make recommendations for. The upstairs seating area is lovely and very relaxing especially if you get a canal side view.

Nice place and in my eyes a must visit in Riga. Great Tea (more than 60 sorts) and delicious cookies. A place where you can relax. We come here again

Our visit to Apsara was a highlight of our trip to Riga. It's a short walk out of Old Town and within a beautiful park. There are so many tea (and cake!) options and the atmosphere is so tranquil. We sat outside and people watched, which was easy as the teahouse is somewhat tucked away. Lovely place that is highly... More

This is a great place to people watch sitting on cushions on the floor on the first floor of this round coffee house in the park was really fun and it took all our willpower to not eat any of the yummy cakes.

This is a great spot for a nice cup of tea, downstairs are some tables and upstairs are lounge in cushions only, so you have to remove shoes. There is no place to sit to do that so if you have to untie and tie shoe laces and you go up, make sure you stick to the tea and other... More

What a great place to just go and relax on the pillows with a great cup of tea. They have a really good selection of teas and coffees or if you're in the mood for something cooler on a hot day some great iced teas and cold drinks. Great atmosphere. The perfect place to sit and enjoy the company of... More

Very nice and cozy tea room, we enjoyed it when sudden rain appeared in Riga's parc, as is usual there :-). The location in parc is perfect and the house itself is very nice, I specially loved the blue metal spiral stairs.

Tired after a day filled with sightseeing (or was it shopping?), my friend and I were looking for a spot to rest our legs. Just then we saw some people smoking sisha on a bench. Sure we wanted to do that as well, and we ended up chilling, smoking sisha and drinking tea until closing time! Apsara is one of... More
