A hidden gem

We fell upon this lovely tea house and visited twice in 2 days. So relaxing enjoying a pot of tea and watching the world go by in this beautiful city. Staff were very helpful and we loved the idea of kicking off our shoes and relaxing on the sumptuous cushions upstairs. Well worth a visit

One point for the tea, which was good. Don't, however, think of eating their applecake cum cheesecake or brownies, both are horrible (cake chewy, tough and tasteless, brownies dry and tasteless) and, frankly, from the look of the other pastries, I don't think they're better. Also don't even imagine of using the toilet; even if you should heed my advice... More

What a great place. We loved it. Great view and a huge variety of all sorts of tea. Even if you aren't the biggest tea fan, you're going to find something.

We found this sweet tea place walkiing around Riga and it was the best choice we could do. It was snowing outside and we were inside there having tea and coffee, which was really romantic. The views from there were cool and the place looks great and cozy.

Found accidentally this place and it's amazing! First time went there when it was grey, rainy outside and this place just made our day! Sitting on the floor on pillows, looking through the french windows outside... Romantic, relaxing <3

A definite must visit on your trip. Lovely building with morrocan style decor downstairs and spiral stairs to the second floor. They have a nice selection of treats and a huge selection of tea leaves which you are invited to open and smell while choosing. I went for 'dolce vita' which was nice. We sat on some pillows facing the... More

This tea shop has more variety of tea than I've ever seen anywhere else, so many options for everyone! The seating area is lovely, sitting on cushions on the floor facing windows, a unique tea room.. Lovely!

Situated overlooking the river, the tea house has an amazing array of teas and a lovely low cushioned seating area upstairs with 360 views. A wonderful place to relax and watch the world go by - with a great cup of tea.

A Japanese style gazebo with a coffee shop bottom and a 360 degree seating area on the top mezzanine. The choice of teas are staggering and the inside is charming. Little sweet /savoury biscuits are 40cents and their are some cakes if you want something substantial. 2 teas, 2 biscuits around €6. For this you get FREE WIFI, a beautiful,... More

This place is beautiful. Set in a giant gazebo, the choice of teas/coffees are amazing, and you can take the time to smell each blend (the waitresses were helpful in recommending their favourites). What is truly great though is the layout; normal cafe at the bottom, but go up the spiral staircase, and there is a 360 seated area, with... More
