I went to this place some time in Summer as I have passed this Hotel (where restaurant is situated) many times. Probably one of the most expensive restaurants, but I must admit - for the reason - the choice and wide spectre of food is great! A place you can find a fine caviar!
Enjoy a freshly squeezed juice with your business lunch, which could begin with the delicious Cream of Vegetable Soup, thick with a rich and leafy taste, the consistency eased by a generous topping of double cream and a whirl of pesto sauce. Continue with the Mixed Leaf Salad with Goat’s Cheese, perfect for a warm day, the intriguing play of summery taste combinations including fresh basil, cress and lentil grass, grapes, pears and a light sprinkling of nuts, completed with a red wine dressing.
The a la carte menu is full of tempting dishes that inventively match mouthwatering combinations, such as the Smoked Eel Fillet with Daikon Salad, Crunchy Rye Bread and Sour Cream-Vodka Sauce, or the Czarskaya Fish Solyanka with Salmon Caviar. Sturgeon caviar, Kamchatka crab meat, duck, ostrich, lamb and beef adorn the menu together fine wines and refreshing cocktails – and the desserts are heavenly!
Restaurant opens every day from 12:00 – 23:00. Special lunch menu you can enjoy from 12:00 -16:00.
