Description: La Dolce Vita is an Italian restaurant which opened its doors in 2003. Its Italian owners serve up traditional dishes from their country. Its pizzas are made in a wood-fired oven which is unique in Tartu, and there is a wide range of pasta dishes to choose from. Some pasta is imported from Italy, while the rest is made on site. I am Italian and I was taken to this restaurant for "testing" if the food was good or not. I have to say I was very satisfied with the food itself. I took a plate of pasta and some bruschette as a starter and they were really good. Did not try the pizza, but from the look of it seems... More

This is certainly as good a pizza I have eaten anywhere in the world, and one of my favourite restaurants. Go here on a regular basis, to the extent friends are fed up with me suggesting it. Excellent service, nice cosy atmosphere winter or summer. Nice to spend an evening in the outside courtyard when weather is good. Well priced... More

This place has the best pizza I have ever tasted! Though, I have visited Naples and Italy many times and had the ''original'' pizza, I am still very confused and surprised about the quality of the restaurant in Tartu. The best thing about La Dolce Vita - it takes only 10 minutes and you can take away you food and... More

It has been a really popular restaurant for some time already. The food is good and waitresses really friendly. Only the interior needs some refrshment.

The Dolce Vita is still one of Tartu's best restaurants. Either traditional Pizza and Pasta or meat and fish as well as their starters have outstanding quality. The service is fast and friendly and speeks asside from Estonian English, sometimes Russian, German or Finnish. The only inconvenience is that because it is often crowed, it is quite loud and the... I stopped in here for lunch one day. The service was very good. The pizza was perfect and the prices were very good. The same pizza would have cost a few euros more in Italy. Definitely would go here again.

The best restaurant in Tartu by far, top quality food, with reasonable prices. Ask for pizza of the day, you can't go wrong and will only cost you around 5 euros for a full sized authentic Italian pizza.

I love the pizza here!! Cheap and delicious!! But pasta is just so-so. The dishes are not small so good for sharing. Deserts are a bit expensive for the quality, you can find better in the town.

Nice thin and crispy pizza, with delicious toppings. Huge selection of combinations - too many I would say. Friendly staff, nice atmosphere.
