What a pleasant surprise to find this Gemon the main square in Tallinn. Great service, stunning food and Thought it would be just expensive & touristy, but couldn't have been more wrong. Cost was 70 Euro for shared platter starter, main each, bottle of wine and couple of large vodkas...great value

The food at Troika is just excellent. We started (typically) with a vodka shot and some pickles. We then ordered pelmeni with mushroom sauce (home made dumplings) and they were beautiful. A MUST. Good to have traditional dancers and live music. Food was lovely. Try the dumplings.

We landed here by chance and got a very nice surprise. Really effective service, great food and decent portions. It is beautifully decorated in the inside and there was live traditional music. Great experience, I would go again.
