Visited as a party of three on buisness and two of us had the beef stroganoff which we both thought was absolutely fantastic. A trip to this restauarnt would not be the same without at least one man sized vodka! where they pour it from a great height adding to the spectacle. Service was good and the singing / dancing... Go prepared to get smashed on ice cold vodka and spend a bit more than you expected. You won't regret it. I often take visitors as you will never see a similar place in London or USA. Have the blinis! More

My friend really wanted to check this place out as she had visited when she was a kid. Immediately upon sitting down we were asked if we'd like shots of vodka and an appetizer plate of pickles, sour cream, and honey. Smart move, waiters! Of course we agreed. I was skeptical of the pickles, sour cream, and honey combination as... More

Located at the Town Hall square which makes it an expensive tourist trap. Food is good and service is excellent but this comes at a price. It is a Russian restaurant which is frequented by wealthy Russians who believe that money buys everything. They let their kids run on rampage, sing and shout loudly and behave like if they were... I like the overall atmosphere, most of all the fact that they have live music and live dancing. The food was good and the service was attentive. If you would take just the price of the meals and drinks then it would be quite expensive but providing the extra entertainment it was worth it. More

Troika is a place where you can enjoy Russian cuisine at its best. It has a wide choice of different dishes, my favourite being 'Kiev cutlets' (chicken breast fried in breadcrumbs and filled with butter and dill). As the restaurant is based in the basement, it has very bad accoustics and tends to be very noisy, even when not full,... More

I went with a deal that I bought for tapas. The food wasn't good at all, it was mostly vegetables in vinegar. It was supposed to be all you can eat, but since it wasn't good we didn't order some more et we left feeling hungry. And the worst of all, It is really pricy! There's so much good restaurants... Had a party of 8 for a big meal, as with any big party folks turned up at different times, and this really pissed off the staff, food was abysmal for the price, and some of the meats were cold..they were eager to just feed us and push us out of the restaurant. Overall a bad experience, we could have... More

On our return to Tallinn this time, Troika was the one restaurant we visited last time that we wanted to make a point of revisiting this time round and we're really glad we did as it was everything we remembered it to be. To the strains of a Russian folk singer, we were served good, hearty fare and more than... More
