Fine cuisine in severe medieval house

Location: at the hotel The three sisters. Interior: medieval dwelling refurbished and decorated with mixture of styles. Dining room is spacious , there is a piano in the corner. Food: close to haute cuisine, intricate, delicious. Prices are of the middle range. The choice of wines is very good... read more

It’s quite difficult to be unbiased to the place, where own wedding had been held. But I really try. Restaurant Bordoo is placed at the Three Sisters hotel and belongs to the luxe class. At least, it belonged three years ago. The fish rots from the heard, right? Unfortunately, a lot of things went down after management change and chief... More

Excellent restaurant - especially for a special occasion. Good food, good wine, excellent service but a bit too long of a wait between courses

Lovely setting in medieval building as part of Three Sisters Hotel but with its own restaurant. The food was generally really imaginative, with interesting combinations and garnishes, and most dishes worked very well. One or two were less successful, and desserts in particular were disappointing. Service was generally very good, and our waitress was really lovely, though she disappeared for... More

The restaurant is adjacent to the hotel and clearly not the main business - the hotel is. The decor is simple with beautiful exposed beams, comfortable quality tables, chairs, ware and glasses. The service is first tier like everything done by he hotel. On this visit the restaurant was not busy, and only two other couples were dining. I ordered... More

Not the cheapest place to eat in Tallinn, but the most chic that we found, and the best food. Delicately flavoured, and beautifully garnished, Bordoo produces food of which any chef would be proud.

My wife and I had diner in this restaurant twice. First was 4 course menu and second was venison fillet. Both were satisfatory. First diner was with live piano music. Second was with very elegant ambience with peofessional service. The waiter was prompt and knew what to do. It will be this restaurant if I would come back to Tallin.

We returned to the three sisters having had one of the best meals of our lives about 4 years ago. We found that all had changed and not for the better. Where you used to eat in a cosy and pretty dining room in the hotel you now eat in a souless restaurant Bordoo. Where the staff had been warm... More

We were visiting this restaurant Bordoo on a valentine's day so they only had the special 8 (?) course (including desserts) meal deal. It cost about 110 EUR per person. All the dishes were very fancy and sometimes we really had no idea what we were eating though it was very delicious! Each time we have received the meal out... More

We had a great dinner. The menu was short and sophisticated - not a hamburger in sight. The wine list extensive and the modest wine we chose was available and well priced. In a different league to any other meal we had Tallin.
