An unbelievably large selection of draught beers and their bottled cousins, unearthly delicious à la carte dishes and an almost holy atmosphere. Põrgu means Hell in estonian. Not sure where they took the name... But place is nice medieval pub. It is located in cellar so it is nice and cool in summer. The variety of beets is promised to be best in town and no more words is necessary :)

Wow, 14 beers on tap and 116 bottles on the menu! Porgu brew their own and you have to taste it, strong but good! We didn't eat here but plenty of other people were and seemed to be enjoying the food.

Despite being a great selection of beers, the bar staff member was very rude upon arrival. There is no excuse for this as we were just a couple looking to buy a beer, and the gentlemen behind the bar made us feel like he just wanted our money, rather than our repeat custom - its a shame because I had... If you're beer lover like me this place is a must visit while being in Tallinn. They have very large selection of quality beers. And the people working for the restaurant were very good and easy to speak with.

We went because we were hungry, wanted some local ambiance and were intrigued by the reports of so many beers on offer. But this place is far more than just a superb cellar with great atmosphere and an endless variety of beers. The food was excellent. Absolutely excellent. The whole family ate every single morsel. The pigs in Estonia must... More

They have really good food, the meal and snacks. Plus for a beer loving person, they have like hundred different flavored beer. The staff there is also great. Highly recommend this place to anyone. We had our company Christmas party there and all the co-workers (around 40 people) loved it.

This is the only restaurant that I have been to where the beer menu is longer than the one for food! The restaurant is in an old cellar and reached via some steep steps. Service was prompt and friendly. There was a good choice of Estonian brewed beers and some imported beers on draught as well as an extensive range... More
