Cakes to die for

Cafe More in Viru keskus shopping centre isn't any kind of special place in itself. A simple cafe with nice lunch offers, salads, pastas, soups, a few main courses - all good, but nothing extraordinary. However, if you have ny kind of sweet tooth at all, then do go there for their cakes. Personally... read more

Gets a little busy - a sign that the food is good. Very convenient location in Viru Keskus, on the top floor in the bookshop. I'm vegetarian and particularly like their goat's cheese and beetroot quiche. And the Tarte Tatin is wonderful.

You have to take the lift to the 4th floor of Viru Centre and enter the bookshop Raamatumaja ; they have two cafes but this one is offering a variety of sweet and salty pastry, soups and salads suitable as lunch or a coffee break. Everything is so fresh and tasty, staff is also super nice and service is quick... More

They have a "create-your-own-omelette" on the menu which, while not really cheap, is delicious. Also love the location as any visit to this cafe goes hand in hand with a trip to the bookstoee.

It was a blustery day, but still enjoying the sights in Tallin with Gate1Travel tour. The guides were excellent, both the main guide, Agnes and the local guide. We used "Whispers", microphone attachments that made it very clear to hear the local guides. During our leisure time, we found a cafe on the 4th floor of VIRU shopping center called... More

Went there with my family, had lovely Pavlova's and a cappuccino. We had a problem, we were short on cash and went to ask from the waitress if they had a toilet, but the answer was no. Toilet was found in the bookstore, next to the caf, but it costed 20 cents, which we didn't have. The waitress kindly gave... More

Great array of cakes, pastries and lunch meals. Interesting location in a bookshop in a shopping centre across the road from the old town. Order at the counter, you get the things, which don't need to be prepared, and you will be given a number to take to your table for everything else to be brought to you. Just had... More

I visited it yesterday, after having a walk aroung Old Town thanks to the nice weather. Well despite the location, inside a library in a commercial centre it's absolutly a perfect place for a fast lunch or to meet friends..... All the tastfull food is done just on the back stage of the bar and also if the prices are not really... More

Excellent cherry tosca cake, but prices are too much for Estonia. 6€ for tea and cake is too much. And also i had to wait for tea for 10minutes. Very unusual for cafe.
