We had a reservation made by the waitress at Kolm Sibulat when we found out it was their sister restaurant and run by the same team. As part of business meeting, we arrived a large group (8 people) without reservation. The staff was welcoming and tried to help, offering us a place outside which while chilly, was lovely with the long evening of late May. The food was excellent - from variety of starters: the Borscht soup (beetroot), Pirozhki and other disshes were all very tasty.... More

Visited this nice little restaurant with my family. The place is nice and modern, situated a short walks away from the tourist harbor and the old city. The selection is mainly Estonian and eastern European foods. We had the pickled cucumbers with honey and creme fraiche, then lamb patty for me, duck for my wife and chicken (with sauce on... More

We had seen the recommendation on lonely planet and we were glad we followed it. The ambience is very cafe / lounge’ish. Service warm and attentive. Food wise it hit all the right spots. The duck dish was fabulous and went well with the leek purée. On the whole a very enjoyable experience. Highly recommend. €47 for two including drinks.

Imaginative and well-presented food, served by friendly and courteous waiter. Much care has clearly gone into design of the menu and the flavours were excellent. The bill was surprisingly modest for the quality of the meal.

My chicken a la kiev for 14eur excellent, my partners salmon as well. Great combination in salads (spinach, onion, granade, tomatoes; my partner had quail eggs added to salad!) Everything nicely served, beautiful china. Only one thing - a little bit too expensive. For two main dishes, two cafes, two cidres and one dessert - 40 eur

Moon is located near harbour and a bit aside from old town. Restaurant is perfect for saturday/sunday late brunch or lunch with friends. Atmosphere is relaxed and staff is friendly. I ordered bors, russian beetroot soup, it was simply perfect. It was tasty and chef has definately added some exotic spices to flavour. Really recommend to visit!
