A warm and cosy contemporary Asian-style decor: high vaulted ceiling, large windows, decoratively revealed fragments of brickwork, laconic dark wood tables (the larger ones,of course, equipped with a revolving central part) sans tablecloths, a stylised stupa andsakura branches on one side of the room. Authentic chairs (imported from China),impressive Zen-style loos built in antique medieval vaults. The central niche with its twored and gold-painted trees is reminiscent of the splendid landscapes in Hero, the fi lm bythe Chinese director Zhang Yimou. Purely amazing

I came here with my boyfriend on January 20. We looked a lot of menus from online and we decided to come to Chedi. Firstly the atmosphere is very beautiful. It was quite dark, but not too dark (although cant take good pictures). We felt really good there. Everything was beautiful. The decorator... read more

Me and friend where eating here on new years eve and had a lovely time. The food is good, especially the seabass and the fried soft shell crab. The atmosphere in the restaurant is also good, very asian feeling. The only gripe I have for the visit is that the rice was not perfectly cooked and the wine was relatively... More

An oriental restaurant in the old town. A wide choice of dishes are available and all are very delicious. If you are fond of oriental food, you should not miss this restaurant. The place is very spacious and has a very comfortable seating. The service is very quick and efficient. If one has to go out of the restaurant for... More

Fantastic dishes; very tasty ribs as a starter. Main dish cod was the best cod ever tasted!! Melted in the mouth and was a very fine dish. Beef with Okra spicy and very tasteful. Service very neutral

I have visited Chedi on several occasions over the last couple of years. Food is very good and creatively presented. Wine-list is ok, but last visit was effected by the fact that most of the wines we wanted to order was sold out - not good. Service was also somewhat slow. It took almost 20 minutes after we had been... More

Love the dim sum and I've order Baked Venison Puff, one of the best ever and super-tender Szechuan Pepper Duck! My husband ordered the Jasmine Roast Chicken and it was really delicious, loved how crispy the skin was prepared! The entire dining experience was just so lovely! Highly recommended and we will definitely go back again!

Visitied place during the restaurant week in Tallinn. Surprisingly food arrived with quite a deley and service was a bit plain. Food taste was excellent and at the end overall impressioon very good. Would encourage waitresses care a bit more and not show up after 5 minutes too long waiting time

Our expectations were high, but the restaurant was a little disappointment. We've read some reviews from tripadvisor and I can agree that the athmosphere and service were great. The starter was hot and sour soup with chicken and it was quite ordinary. The main course, which was honey pork with sesame was well-done and aspecially the pork was quite tasty.... More
