Description: A warm and cosy contemporary Asian-style decor: high vaulted ceiling, large windows, decoratively revealed fragments of brickwork, laconic dark wood tables (the larger ones,of course, equipped with a revolving central part) sans tablecloths, a stylised stupa andsakura branches on one side of the room. Authentic chairs (imported from China),impressive Zen-style loos built in antique medieval vaults. The central niche with its twored and gold-painted trees is reminiscent of the splendid landscapes in Hero, the fi lm bythe Chinese director Zhang Yimou. Classy interior with a few eye-catching artifacts. Good seating with large tables. Quick and attentive service by well informed crew of waiters and waitresses. The chef originally from Singapore has put together a menu which has some Thai and Chinese elements. I tried the raw tuna Thai style. Very nice but without the explicit Thai savors but nice to see... I have been in this restaurant at least four times, and I have never been disappointed. The fusion cuisine is well executed, dishes are well presented and portions are not too small, as it is often the case in this kind of restaurants. After a day of sightseeing in Tallinn, this is an excellent place to have a fine dinner.... More

Excellent food. Average, even unconcerned service. Kind of "The poor man´s" Farang in Helsinki. Try Dim sum and Pi Pa Duck. The prices are pretty high on Estonian standard. Still worth a visit.

Chedi is a fine-dining type of asian restaurant. The food is very good and the service friendly. The prices are high on Estonian standard, but we were a group of four adults and we ate a three course dinner with wines with bit over 50 EUR per person. Highly recommend.

Like the title says, food is good, excellent actually. But service is lacking at times. Usually waitresses come fast and ask during the meal if we want something else or drinks but sometimes you just have to wait and wait..

Chedi is located at a beautiful spot, a more quiet corner of the Tallinn Old Town. The food is quite tasty but their service is so bad that it amounts to nonexistent. We first had to call upon the waiter to serve us, no one came to check upon us while we were eating, we would have ordered some extra... More

Stylish decor and excellent food in Tallinn Old Town. Especially Dim-Sum and Jasmine Tea pork ribs for starters and medium Salmon for main course are worth to try. Prepare to eat with sticks, spoon and fingers which is the right way to enjoy Asian food. Detailed review at reijosfood.com

Top end asian-fusion cuisine that you would expect to find in NY, Chedi provides a trendy local with great food presentation. What makes it a top notch fine dining place is that all this is the prelude to intelligent association of flavour and superbe ingredients.
