My husband and i ate in the Horisont restaurant on the 30th floor of the Swissotel in Tallinn on a Friday evening.
We did not choose the tasting menu which was priced around €60 but opted instead for the a la carte menu

We dined in the Horizont twice,first tasting menu ,then a la carte.Both excellent and imaginative.Dining room on the 30th floor has excellent views and the staff is very friendly and helpfull.Highly recommended.

On the top floor of Swissotel lies this elegant restaurant with adjoining cocktail bar. Surprisingly good food and attentaive staff and an OK winelist makes it one of the best in Tallinn. The best is however the breathtaking view over the harbour and bits of the old town. Very nice.

We ate the tasting menu which is great, but perhaps not surprisingly amazing. The raw material are absolutely fine and everything very well cooked and served. Still something was missing - and it is not easy to say what it was - perhaps some taste that could make the food as fantastic as the views are.

Fab views over the city and harbor with wine for 7 euros a glass - perfect to relax and enjoy the panorama and good service on stylish sofas and chairs. A great place!
