The colourful history of Parnu Kuursaal started in 1893 when it became a popular beer drinking and entertainment venue. Rich tourists and ordinary citizens have had parties here for more than a hundred years, the legendary Raimond Valgre made music here and work-weary collective farmers have come here for a little spin on the dance floor. The current pub, which is the biggest in Estonia, was opened here in 2003. Here you can enjoy a hearty meal with drinks and dance the night away. There are many events in Kuursaal, but you can also book it for any occasions you wish to celebrate (we have seats for 400 people).

Good place to go

good food, friendly staff, live music, reasonable prices. Best to book a table if there's a concert on.

A big hall not far from the beach. Really authentically decorated. We were a group of six people, including two children. Even kid's portions took some 40 minutes to arrive, let alone ours. Staff was quite friendly, but waiting was really annoying. That said, when the food did arrive, it was absolutely superb and well served.

Kuursaal is a huge hall with a huge terrace in the backyard and a smaller (but still a big one) in the front yard. I had great ribs, but cold chips this time, but I have had some awesome estonian snacks here before. I would not maybe go for the main dishes. I recommend all the snack dishes, with potate... More

Kuursaal is the sort of place you pop into on your way to or from the beach. It can be very crowded with slow service or a nice place for an icecream or a snack and a beer while you listen to a band or a DJ. When it is not crowded the service is fine, cheerful staff and the... More

This is good place for partying. Live music. Usually that place is very crowded. It will be better book the table before you go. We choosed platter with beer. There were potato skins, pork ribs, smoked wings and much more. It was quite big for 3 people, and very delicious. Prices are not high. Service is very nice and fast.

If you will find a piece of plastic from your food don't be surprised. And you won't get a whole new food.

Delicious food and really cheap. Near the beach, this is a place for having lunch, coffe, ice cream or whatever. I strongly recommend it.

The location is good for beach goers. We had a lunch and a dinner in Kuursaal restaurant. Our favorites were the small snacks that are suggested to be served on the side of beer. A combination of these makes a tasty meal after beach.

On the strand this is a lovely place to eat but at the weekend gets very busy and sometimes takes an hour for food to arrive but when it does it is good. The Kuursaal has been used as a concert hall, theatre and dancehall please go ionside and check it out
