Situated outside of the city centre it is a typical Lithuanian restaurant. We tasted some real Lithuanian dishes which were nice. Luckily we had a local person in the company who could explain the different possibilities. I have my doubts if we were alone because the waiters seamed to have no notice of other languages.

The outside is a must already. An old windmill is recreated. Enter the place and it is like time traveling : middle ages here we come. Kletis offers a large choice of typical Lithuanian food. The service is fast, the plate is full and tasty. Ask about they own brewed beer, try the dark one. It is near were we... More

Fantastic interieur, creativity at the very best. Excellent food and service - as long as you accept that it hardly has been any white tableclothes at the table. Please look at all the details. They are all a part of something nice! Fantastic food and rich portions. Try their home made gira!

We were meant to have an authentic Lithuanian meal here with our tour group and I don't think that's what we got! The soup was quite nice being the beet soup, but the main course was a tiny piece of chicken with rice and some sort of white sauce. Quite bland. The entertainment was quite good and they tried to... I was recently in Vilnius on business and some friends took me here for dinner. It's a great place to experience authentic traditional Lithuanian food. Try the 'zeppelin' potatoes- greasy, but good! Atmosphere is nice with antique decorations. Staff were exceptionally friendly... great service!

I went there with lithuanians to eat traditional food. I liked it a lot. Food is heavy and very tasty, interior reminded me about a farmhouse and weighters are very friendly. I will come again.

You will find original interior and one of the best old lithuanian kitchen dishes like cepelinai, vedarai, and many others.Plus good location- few kilometers from the old town.
