The place is not in the center of the city, but: The food is excellent! We have a fantastic dinner here with very good wines. The tastes are unforgettable. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The place is nice and quiet. If you are in Pécs, go there!

I'm really confused by all the great reviews, and also a recommendation made by a friend I trust. We went to the restaurant on Szolo utca. It's in a pleasant residential area going up the Mecsek. The decor is strangely confused. It's a mixture of old Hungarian dining room furniture, mixed in with classic modern European style, with bistro style... More

A lot of people confuse these restaurants; the Susogo is on the hill like years ago before opening the Corso/Enoteca in the main Király street. This "original" little restaurant has a mood, it charms you. Nice wines, delicious foods which are changing from day to day. There are only 3-4 starters, 2-3 main courses, 1-2 desserts. Perfect ingredients. Only one... More

First of all let's clear the name Susogó and the other reviewers comments. Susogó does exist and it is not the Enoteca. It is managed by the same people but it is in a completely different and more remote location. I have already edited the restaurant details. The place is in Szőlő utca 54. You have to go by car... The name "Susogo" has changed to Enoteca Corso many years ago, so it is missleading if you ask for "susogo", but follow the photo, and you will reach the bistro with the new name

In May we took our honeymoon in Budapest, and took a daytrip to Pecs near the end of the week. We had a wonderful day in Pecs, and our lunch at Corso was one of the highlights. I had a duck leg with baked potatoes and apples and other vegetables, and my wife had chicken with paprika sauce. The server... More

Decided on the downstairs bar, what a pleasant surprise. The service was attentive and relaxed in this contemporary bar and restaurant. I decided on the artichoke soup for a starter with homemade sourdough, absolutely delicious. The Hungarian wine was a delight and for the main, I had the duck confit and cabbage, it was moist and delicious. This was a... More
