Ok food - Not so much the staff

The place is quite nice, you can assemble your sandwich the way you want, choosing everything from the type and length of bread to the fillings to the sauces. There a good range of choices for vegetarians (better than McDonald I would say). The only downside is the staff. They didn't speak... read more

I'm ill tonight from eating an Italian sub. The sausages and pickles (not requested) were nothing like in US. I asked the server what each bread was and she repeated the names in native language. ..I could read that! Threw over half of the 6 inch sandwich out...don't bother.

Subway in Budapest is only half of the US quality. Prices are not expained in manor that a Hungarian non speaker can understand, and the staff is very unpolite. We went to two different sites and we encountered young staff and they were very rude and their english skills vere poor. We will never go to Budapest Subway again.

If you want to be convinced that Budapest was a wealthy urban center in the early 20th century, take 10 minutes to ride on continental Europe's first metro. London, New York and then Budapest installed the world's first subways.

Nice, friendly staff. Fresh ingredients, great taste. The best option for a such a picky person like me, who hates regular fast food

It's the only subway that was actually on the right spot on this map, i couldn't find the other ones, so my advice is to look for this one only. The sandwiches are awesome and there's a big variety of choices. You can also get cookies and coffee here.

The quality of the food is questionable and it is quite overpriced. I think there are many other fast food restaurants I would rather prefer to eat in.

The bread was not really fresh. Some bread types weren't available. Staff had no idea abou the daily sub. It is extremely overpriced, you can eat in a proper restaurant with waiters for the same price.

Built in the Soviet era with their technology, rather a lot of it is now looking sad and worn out. But the trains run fast and roughly every 3 minutes all hours of the day, and get you there.
