Nice little place, with great food and wine. The waiter was also very professional. Recommended a beautiful Italian wine with the lunch. We both had great treats from appetizers to desserts. Will go back.

THE BEST Budapest italian restaurant, and one of my favourite ever... If there is "vitello tonato" in the menu : do not hesitate !!! A very warm, cosy, traditonnal (in the good way) ambiance and premium quality products dedicated to a great cuisine technique.

Great food, great wine, wonderful dessert, beautiful intimate atmosphere, excellent and friendly service, including a free small appetizer (larger than an amuse bouche) and free digestif after dessert (which was delicious and not too sweet)--this is one of the best dining experiences I've had in any city in Europe or the US

Recommanded by a friend who lives near budapest. Very disappointed. Nobody else in the restaurant on a friday evening. Waiter kept staring at us while we were eating. I was finished but my girlfriend wans't and he still cleared plates. Food came out of the freezer. The fish didn't smell fresh.

We found this place through reviews on a local website who recommended it, in short we loved it. I can't eat dairy, carbs or sugar and found their sirloin was cooked beautifully medium and came atop a generous salad. Was I happy or what! Plus the waiter was very nice to us :)

We only found this place by recommendation of Eyewitness Travel Top 10 Budapest and would never have come across it otherwise. It is hidden away in a side street in the theatre district between Opera and Oktogon down a little flight of steps, which leads you into a trattoria transplanted into Pest. The service was superb although we ordered mains... More

The plates were pieces of art, the food was very good and the service was great. After a wonderful champagne to start, we followed the waitor's advice thru the menu and had a... More

Although I wasn't expecting the best Italian food in Budapest I wasn't expecting something as average as this. The food was average at best, lacking the normal flavour that I love in Italian food. The prices were way to high for what you get. And the staff seemed a little arrogant and although professional weren't friendly. There were other tourist... More

Truly authentic Italian kitchen. Fresh ingredients absolute superb quality and reasonably priced. The place is hard to find and in a surrounding street area one would not immediately expect. Nevertheless we much enjoyed the ambiance and great service. Highly recommended.
