On the recommendation of a local guide we went to one of the cafe's near Liberty Square and chose this cafe as it looked pleasant and the prices were reasonable. Service is sometimes brilliant but most days you have to wait for ages to be served. Great selection of food and drinks tho and is the best cafe in the 300 meter radius of my base:) more
