The food is descent but not amazing. Value is average and the service is OK. Atmosphere and the place itself are pretty cool.

It was very exciting dinner with my friends who invited me. Unforgettable show and medieval atmosphere in a real castle. Enjoyable night and dinner with a battle of knights and beautiful dancing girls. So much delicious food and excellent service.

We went following recommendation of friends and had a great time. The place is nicely decorated, the portions of food are enormous and the food is very good. The entertainment part was a bit disappointing, but the food and the ambience made us forget everything and just enjoy ourselves. The service was good and all I can say about this... More

I'll be honest, it was someone else's idea to go. I was expecting over the top prices supported by barely acceptable food, but how wrong I was. I can't comment on the prices but the quality of the food was great. We shared a feast platter, and couldn't fault it. Tasty meat, well cooked, and plenty warm enough. I wasn't... More

I love the atmosphere of this restaurant. I have heard great stories from friends about this and it was only on my 7th time in Budapest that I tried to give this a try. Almost everything in this restaurant is living up to its theme - medieval. It is an experience, i must say. The mannequins in medieval costume that... More

What sets this apart from other "Medieval themed" restaurants is the quality of the food. The food tasted amazing, and there were plenty of curious offerings on the menu. The hare was particularly good. The quantity size was also very good (nobody left hungry), and it was excellent value for money. The entertainment had a degree of humour to it,... More

Four of us went for an early dinner (about 6pm) on a Saturday without reservation. We had no problem getting a table and absolutely loved the decor! We each had a different feast and it was a ridiculous amount of food. Although it is damn good value for money, I'd suggest just going for a main unless you particularly want... More

Plenty of food and back to basics. Eating a huge fillet steak with my bare hands while drinking out of a clay pot and being entertained. That's my kind of meal and I can't wait to go back again. Superb.
