The staff was not friendly at all. Our waitreds rolled here eyes for pretty much anything. Its not a nice place to sit either, bright lights and no decoration in the back. The food was not that bad but I wouldn't eat there again. It didn't look fresh and the combinations were rather weird.

We only went to Budapest for the weekend and tried to organise some restaurants to visit whilst we were there. Funnily enough, Klassz was quite low on my list as it seemed more cafe than restaurant and there was a policy of no-booking which I really dislike (it seems so rude to the customer!) We arrived at about one o'clock... More

Place in the middle of Andrassy. No reservation possible, but good and professional service. Good food however nothing exciting. Nice wine list and certainly ask for their home made beer. Good value for money

The traditional Hungarian pork was delicious, main courses were so large we had trouble finishing them. Delicious!

We visited Klassz for lunch after a recommendation from our Airbnb host. The restaurant was easy to find and the staff spoke fluent english. Within moments of arriving we were quickly seated by the window with the restaurant tastefully decorated in fairly standard, but pleasing white table cloths and clean surroundings. For the entree we ordered the Foei Gras with... More

The last time I was there several times. The quality was not consistent. The service is a bit cold, noncomittal. The food is just average, too simple majority of the meat. The soups taste is medium. The desserts are rather sweet, but not tasty. The wine selection is excellent.

Met two fiends for lunch on a windy Sunday. The place looks very nice and the staff friendly. One of my friends ordered the beef stew in red wine with dumplings which look the part and was tasty. My second friend ordered the tenderloin, the waiter didn't ask how my friend wanted it cooked! I ordered the shoulder of lamb.... More

The concierge at the hotel told us about Classz right on the Andrassy utca on our last trip but we never found time to have dinner there, so we made a plans to have dinner on our second night on a subsequent trip to Budapest. It's a nice, smallish restaurant with good food and a very attentive staff. I had... More

The grilled foie gras with honey and pear was to die for! Good Aszu wine selection as well. Love it!

Klassz used to be exciting, when it's opened. Now the wine selection and the food is still good, but you only find good atmosphere when it's packed with people. Otherwise it's quite boring and plain. Our waiter was slow and inattentive... and it's very disappointing, that I have to feel ashamed and explain myself, when after ordering three dishes and... More
