Filet mignon with steakpotatoes and daily sauce open all the brilliant talents of meat cooking. Daily chocolate dessert makes you flirt with your lady and her lips.

This restaurant ticks all of the boxes; it's a hidden wonder on the bank of the Danube! The food was fantastic; perfectly cooked, good ingredients and a wide variety of dishes. The service was flawless too. Friendly, knowledgable and accommodating. I had the goose and polenta - highly recommended! Don't miss out.

Came to Budapest in January, getting dental treatment. Fortunately this great restaurant is right next door to the art hotel Budapest where I'm staying and how lucky am I. Haven't been too investigative with the menu because of the dental treatment but I'm looking forward to coming back for more next time the dentist calls. Good wine suggestions and all... More

We visited this restaurant because of its high tripadvisor rating and also because it was situated very close to the Art'otel where we were staying. We booked online and received a prompt email confirmation. Food was excellent, one of the nicest fillet steaks we've ever had and the goulash soup was delicious too. This restaurant is very reasonably priced and... More

Absolutely amazing! This restaurant was recommended to us by our hotel and it did not disappoint. By far the best Hungarian cuisine we have tasted, the portions were substantial and the recommendations given by the waiter were excellent (in fact he encouraged us not to over order). They have a huge wine menu (all Hungarian) and when we struggled to... More

Restaurant on the Buda side from the outside not much dont let tbis put you off, the waiters attentive and assisted us in selecting the wine for our meal. The food is presented beautifully but most of all the dishes are full of flavours and freshly cooked we were there last night and returning again this evening for some more... More

Superb food and service at any price, but extraordinary good value by UK standards. This isn't about the price however; the food choice is cosmopolititan, wonderfully prepared and served with genuine care. Wine list is exclusively Hungarian and also excellent. A comfortable atmosphere in vaulted cellars with soft decor and a lovely homely feel. A great choice if staying in... More

Located a few steps away from my hotel in Budapest. The outdoor area provided a great night time view of the Hungarian Parliament Building along the Danube. I had the Goulashsoup which was served in a cauldron and some amazing fresh breads. With a few local beers it was a perfect way to end a day in Budapest

this little Gem was only a few doors up from our hotel on the buda side of the Danube. Its unwildely door would not lead anyone to suspect the wonders that are withing. Its definitley a higher end restaurant but serves hunagrian food in the most traditional and tasty fahsion. the meal was baout £50 each but with wine and... More
