Can't wait to go back

We stopped in this place as we strolled by, and had a delicious start to our evening downtown. We weren't really ready for dinner yet, so we just had a snack - some Belgian beer, garlic soup, and a cheese plate. The soup was outstanding - served in a bread bowl - probably the best garlic soup I've... read more

We ate twice in this restaurant, which is just beside the Victoria Hotel. I'm not a beer lover but the wine was also good and the food was very tasty and good value. Would particularly recommend the sea bass and of course is an excellent destination for beer lovers!

We were exhausted from a day's sightseeing so popped in to this little restaurant next door to Hotel Boutique Victoria. Food was excellent...I ordered the cheese and shrimp-filled ravioli as an appetizer. This was one large ravioli served in a creamy tomato sauce. it appeared to be freshly made and prepared al dente. I had the battered fish selection which... More

The first time my wife and I ate here was because our friends asked us to meet up for dinner, and they chose this spot. Since then, we have gone back three or four times. The selection of Belgian beers is outstanding! And the food is prepared quite well to match. Not every server we've had has spoken English, and... More

Excellent beer selection (more than 140 belgian beers) and a lot of juicy courses. Strongly recommended for spending great time with friends!

did research before we went and decided as we like Belgium beer to find this place. Was told by taxi driver "only one Belgium bar in Budapest" and off he took us. The one he took us to was in same block, but neither drink or food menu looked the same and in Hungary names can be somewhat confusing.....I strolled... More

This is my favourite restaurant in Budapest, I was here many times, and I was never disappointed. Warm atmosphere, the waiters are really friendly and talkative, the beer list is amazing, and the food it's always very good. For all the beer lovers, but not only. Great.

The food was excellent. My girlfriend had the real and peppercorn sauce and I had the mussels. The food was delicious with both the meat and fish both being of very good quality. The beer was delicious and with plenty of options too. The food is served until 10.30 and really worth a try.

We were in Budapest for 5 days and dined here twice. It was very close to our hotel and not the restaurant recommended to us, but the one recommended was not open the first night we went for dinner. We saw this one and decided to try it. Were we glad we did. Awesome food and very reasonably priced. Everything... More
