Ate there twice. Lunch. Dinner. Upside: Friendly, efficient service. Mixed upscale local and international clientele. The food was local with all the strengths and weaknesses of Central European food. Some dishes were good, some not so much. Authentic. Downside: They allow smoking. Dinner at Café Kõr was a huge disappointment. I would not recommend it. Food was only mediocre, service was terrible and very impersonal.
