We booked Nobu to celebrate a family occasion. We were all very excited but felt that although the food was ok, it didn't live up to expectations or the high price. Bit disappointed really all round.

We wanted to visit Nobu for some time already. However, each time we were in the city that has one of these brandy places somehow it didn't work. This time we were able to visit it for a Valentine's day dinner in Budapest. The place itself doesn't look like smth extremely special, but the food was gorgeous. And size of... More

I went to Nobu with my girlfriend for Valetine's day dinner. Upon arrival I noticed how young most of the staff were. The restaurant is in a hotel so I thought they still go to school and practice there (maybe I'm wrong) but for a restaurant like Nobu and for the price you pay I expect excepctional staff. Well that... More

It's not the cheapest place to eat in Budapest (cheap by Nobu London standards though) but the quality is excellent. We just ate there for £110 including service: 2 salads (one rocket, which was nice but a bit too samey, and one salmon with foie gras - generous portion and delicious) 2 cocktail (ok but not amazing) One glass of... Went there for business over a weekend - must say place is not very business like and more for families, not because this was weekend but from the ambiance of the place. The food is good however my two comments are as follows; * Signature dishes are overrated especially if I am in Japanese restaurant then I expect all 6... More

This was our first time at Nobu in Hungary, although this was not the first Nobu experience, I had the chance to visit one in Dubai and the USA. Food was excellent as expected, but the staff was extremely rude. They asked if we had allergies, or something, so as a side-note I mentioned that I'm allergic to coriander, although... More

i was looking forward to eat at this place and finally "made it". true, i base my review on the meal i had - special lunch offer - i don't remember the exact name, its something in a box. the popcorn shrimps were dipped with spicy mayo, the chicken (on a skew) was very dry. the sushi and sashimi fish... For those that like sushi and sashimi, we cannot but recommend Nobu Restaurant. Surprising flavors, fluently served and professionally explained. The decoration of the restaurant is poor. But the quality of the dishes is splendid. Highly recommended.
