High quality, well priced

Very high quality for Nobu's standards, I would say better than other Nobus I visited. Very attentive service, very good timing among the dishes, very relaxing overall, and not noisy! A place to visit

We had lunch at Nobu because of a cheap offer they were advertising outside. We were seated by the super nice staff and got in love with the menu so we ditched the cheap menu and decided to try the Nobu plate, a WELL WORTH IT 50€ double decked dish which made my day better. Never tried anything like that... More

Staff was extremely helpful and nice. Tables are very small - this is the only negative experience. I do not like sushi but I was able to find myself nice dishes. You should definetely try the mini burgers. My friends had sushi and they enjoyed it. The place was crowded but we did not have to wait for long.

This was my first visit ever to a Nobu restaurant as we were staying at the hotel it is located in. My first experience was great but we also knew exactly what to order since a friend had been there many times before. Order the toro (sashimi), the rock shrimp tempura, the black cod and the new style sashimis. Also... More

Dined here when we stayed at the Kempinski Hotel Corvinus Budapest & tried the selection of dishes not being an expert on sushi / sashimi. The variety fish, meat along with the accompanying drinks / wines was excellent, couldn't fault anything with the food, presentation nor staff. An amazing way to try an assortment of different dishes, we couldn't ask... More

Given Nobu being Nobu, my expectations were high and obviously I also expected high prices. I was very pleasantly surprised that for the business lunch options I paid an average of 18€ per person! The service was great and definitely lived up to my expectations, especially as I had a special request that they fulfilled in style! The food was... More

We actually been to Nobu in Moscow, Athens & London and found the Budapest Nobu located at the Kempinski hotel very good. It is expensive, however that's Nobu. The food is fresh, they using top quality products and the ambience is great. If you're after a cheap sushi Nobu isn't the place to go. However they have some very reasonable... More

So I was a little bit sceptic with japanese foods but it was a very good choice. Kind waiters, open kitchen, delicious foods in excellent mood. I hate the mushrooms but I tasted the shitake and it was very fine :-). We choosed 2 kind of omakases with 14 different foods from starter to dessert. Everything was perfect. Okay the... More

The food was good but very little portions. They adopt the strategy "Nothing in the plate, all in the bill". I agree that the little food that I had during the Nobu signature corse was very good and tasty but way to little. After the corse, I ordered another portion of sushi (small) the bill was like there is no... More

Considering the setting, this is a good place to eat Japanese food. The rock shrimp tempura with creamy spicy sauce is comparable it's New York replica (Nobu fifty seven). I would recommend sitting at the sushi-bar, especially if coming alone. The sushi chefs are friendly and competent. They entertain the clients at the sushi bar and you can order directly... More

Staying in District V / Inner City

Neighborhood Profile
District V / Inner City
Discover the Inner City along the banks of the Danube, with its fashionable shops and iconic buildings. The Inner-City Parish Church and St. Stephen’s Basilica stand out as two of the finest examples of architecture in the area. If you are still hunting for more historical treats, then the ruins of the medieval city walls on Kecskeméti Utca are a must-visit while the Soviet War Memorial is also worthy of attention and relevant to Hungary’s more recent history. If shopping is on your itinerary, then be prepared: the market squares in this area are an absolute delight, particularly during the Christmas period, but even throughout the year you’ll find the latest trends in the shops on Vaci Utca.
