I love the Nobu experience and after having dined at many of their locations around the world, I have to say they did a nice job at the Budapest location. Yes, it is expensive, so be ready for that, but the food is authentic Nobu. Rock Shrimp tempura is my absolute fave and the did it just right. The service... More

For the price charged I expected something special ,there were four of us dining three were served together and my food came after the other three had finished eating , I ordered the monkfish I think they should change the name to mankfish as for the asparagus ,I think the less said the better. Wild horses wouldn't drag me in... More

This restaurant is a pretentious rip off. The environment is akin to a school canteen. The food was average and some of the tables rickety. We felt the staff were rather sneering and it was a definite case of "The Emperors New Clothes" - what a let down - Robert de Niro - don't give up your day job as... More

I went here a few times with a friend who regularly has dinner here, the food and service were impressive, but the cost was too high compared to other restaurants in Hungary. I loved the teriyaki chicken and the dessert was delicious too, but it wasn't worth the price tag. If your going here for a special occasion I'd say... More

Great food, really nice atmosphere, good service. We stayed at the hotel above the restaurant so it was convenient but definitely would have travelled to it if we had to. Dishes are really tasty and creative, cocktails are lovely, the staff is attentive definitely a place I want to revisit!

If you must go, the duck was good. But after having walked around this area I wished I had walked by Nobu and tried some of the other much nicer options in this area. Dont get me wrong, the duck was excellent. But to pay $150+ for 2 duck platters, a salad and not much else I feel ripped off.... More

Decent service, if quiet. The funniest thing was that the California Roll cost more than a roll with real shrimp or real tuna... because???

Situated inside the Kempinski Hotel this outpost of Nobu is a great addition to the Budapest food scene. The food and service is great even if the venue is lacking in atmosphere. They do wonderful set menus for lunch, the donburris are fantastic also.
