We ate dinner there tonight, and I think it was the best meal we have had since we left the USA 8 days ago. It is a small place with a cozy, upscale, mid-European atmosphere. We ate... read more

Nice place, but nothing special. The coffee was great, but definitely not the most memorable experience of my trip.

We went there during our first morning in Budapest for breakfast since it had a good ratings in TripAdvisor. The stuff was very friendly and the location is cute. We had the breakfast for two and were a little bit disappointed with the selection. There was just mozzarella for cheese and the rest was sausage and salami. There was no... More

We appreciate that we were able to order breakfast at 1pm, though you are limited to 3 or 4 choices. We got the "English breakfast" for 3581 ft. The eggs, tomatoes with beans, mildly spiced sausages, baguette, bacon, freshly squeezed Orange juice, and cappuccino were all good. It also came with two large mediocre hot dogs. Our server was really... More

We were looking for somewhere to eat before going on an evening cruise so had to make a decision quickly. We came across Cafe Alibi and thought it looked nice so went in hoping it would be good. I am very happy to report that it was excellent. It is a small place but we were eating early so had... More

I visited this Cafe when I saw it given a really good rating on the great app "Spotted by locals" and they were not wrong. I ordered the large goulash which looked rather medium, however it was absolutely delicious and "very filling" as was the bread it was served with. Plus I am a coffee lover and theirs certainly hit... More
