Delicious, Elegant presentation & Wine lessons

We sat upstairs in a warm, relaxed setting. We were a party of six, family and work friends, and were happy to share tastes of each other's choices. We tried nearly everything on the menu and were delighted with every choice. The service was impeccable, friendly and educational - the waiter went... read more

If you're looking for traditional Hungarian food, this isn't it. This is really a French restaurant, with food and wine to match, with a nod to Hungaran cuisine. The service was exceptional, all the staff clearly take pride in their work, are very well-versed in their craft and truly love giving their customers the best experience they can. The bistro... So. I first came to BP in 2010 and though I was aware of Borsso Bistro, I just never got the chance to pay a visit. This is, by the way, the worst excuse ever because I have been living here ever since and STILL didn't try it out. My mistake. By now, I could have 4 years of fabulous... More

The staff, presentation and food were all lovely. The staff were nice and spoke very good english which made everything so much easier. Very delicious food that was presented like pieces of art. I will be going again.

I'm so glad we stumbled across this place. It was quite near our hotel so I really wasn't expecting to find somewhere of such good quality so close by. I'll start by saying the waiter was just superb, very welcoming and helpful through out. There were three of us eating. We had the seafood risotto, artichoke soup and rabbit livers... More

If you eat here, try the local dishes and wines. Before I came to Boedapest I had no idea the food was so good. Also the service was really good, very friendly

Borsso Bistro is the kind of place you hope to find everywhere but rarely do. The restaurant is simple but welcoming, the staff is friendly, helpful and efficient, the prices are fair for the food quality and the menu is a good combination of innovative and comforting. The oxcheek Bourguignon was really, really delicious. The steak was perfectly cooked and... More
