I was a little disappointed with the experience. The white wine was not cold, the chefs special for the night was the rabbit which was bland. My friend had the duck which he thought was average. Maybe just an off night. The setting was pleasant.

I live in the neighborhood and many time I wanted to have a dinner here. Finally tonight I did it and definitely I'll repeat the experience soon. Friendly professional staff, food is accurate prepared and delicious. Testing menu with wines has a really competitive price compared with the quality. Good job!

Excellent food and very professional service. Fish soup and duck leg with cassoulet are highly recommended. One of the best restaurant in Budapest.

Food was good and service was very good. A bit on the pricey side for Budapest. And also a small menu. But overall a nice restaurant.

I was in Budapest with 2 friends as part of a Eurotrip, I made reservations at restaurants around Europe and have to say this was among the best. The food was really delicious and the staff were attentive. I personally had the ox cheek which was a special on the day - what can I say it was amazing, cooked... More

Four of us had dinner here last Friday and found the quality of food, it's preparation and presentation first class. Service was also good and friendly . Perhaps a little on the pricey side, but ' you gets what you pay for '

Staying in District V / Inner City

Neighborhood Profile
District V / Inner City
Discover the Inner City along the banks of the Danube, with its fashionable shops and iconic buildings. The Inner-City Parish Church and St. Stephen’s Basilica stand out as two of the finest examples of architecture in the area. If you are still hunting for more historical treats, then the ruins of the medieval city walls on Kecskeméti Utca are a must-visit while the Soviet War Memorial is also worthy of attention and relevant to Hungary’s more recent history. If shopping is on your itinerary, then be prepared: the market squares in this area are an absolute delight, particularly during the Christmas period, but even throughout the year you’ll find the latest trends in the shops on Vaci Utca.
